Wonderful cabin stay. Hearing the rushing water of the creek all the time & especially at night was very relaxing. Several rocking chairs on the back porch were great to watch for wildlife. We saw a groundhog, a large woodpecker & two dear from the back porch on various days. We enjoyed our stay!
Host was responsive and extremely helpful with directions and things to do in the area, made sure that we had everything we needed. The house was lovely, the creek running right beside the house will likely bring me back. Definitely recomend arriving in daylight if you're not experienced with navigating/driving in mountains.
Our host sent us a wealth of great information about the area, things to do, etc. The cabin was just beautiful and the scenery so relaxing. This cabin is obviously kept up with love and we will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maggie Valley. Truly a gem!
Owner was so helpful with tons of information and links to places to visit and things to do in the area. The cabin was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The sound of the creek was so relaxing while sitting on the porch or in the hot tub. So grateful for such a perfect spot in Maggie Valley.
Cabin was absolutely perfect! Very clean and it is perfectly located. Private but also only minutes away from everything. The sounds of the water was the best! We will definitely be back.

Just a great place to stay. I want to stay there again.
We loved the cabin! Beds were comfortable , enjoyed the hot tub and loved hearing the creek while sitting on the porch. Our host sent a lot of information on things to do and where to go for food and fun.
Perfect!!!! Everything was exactly as advertised. Would not change a thing. Highly recommend this place. Very grateful the owners share their property with people.
This is absolutely the perfect place to stay! Home away from home with all amenities plus a hot tub! The cabin is so nice and spacious. The view is beautiful and it's literally 1 mile from the main road. I would highly recommend
The cabin was peaceful and comfortable, and that’s all we needed. You could hear the creek on the back deck, if it wasn’t so cold on our trip, I would have spent all my time sitting back there. The bed was so comfortable, and the cabin was roomy. I would 100 percent stay there again.
This is and amazing cabin in an amazing location! I LOVED the creek running through the property. I could sit on the deck and listen to the babbling creek all day. The cabin was cute and well stocked and the host was very helpful. The only bad thing about our trip was having to go home!!!
Nice bit of property that feels far away but not too far from civilization. The cabin could use a good deep clean and some of the lightbulbs need to be changed out, but we enjoyed our stay for a few days. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use. Took a day to spend at the Biltmore which was only about 40 minutes away.
So cozy. Can hear the waterfalls from inside. Close to ski resort & tubing. Joey's Pancake House & Bear Waters were great & close. Best host I've experienced!
The cabin was just as it was depicted on the website, very clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay again! Felt at home from the moment we got unpacked and had our first cup of coffee on the deck
Enjoyed the front porch and the sound of the creek! Great location!

I love vacationing in the mountains and have visited many different mountain towns, but when I came across Maggie Valley I fell in love with this quaint town. I searched long and hard for a perfect log cabin and here it is Creekside Hideaway! I am sure that you will enjoy this log cabin as much as my family does!
Why they chose this property
There's nothing more relaxing than spending time in the mountains. When I came across Maggie Valley I fell in love with the area and ended up buying a vacation home there. Maggie Valley is a perfect location close to unlimited activities for the whole family, including shopping, sightseeing, outdoor adventures, and even hitting Harrah's Casino.

What makes this property unique
I searched many homes in the mountains and it was hard finding the perfect one that would also offer a place where our kids could play outside. Most mountain homes are on a steep incline that is not conducive for kids to play outside. But our property has a gradual slope and a large yard where our kids enjoy playing. You can sit on the large covered deck which offers views and sounds of the creeks or take a short walk to the creek! This cabin is located on a large heavily wooded lot that offers privacy.
