We Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay Here
We booked this house for five nights as a quick trip for Christmas vacation, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The home was spotless when we arrived and everything was as described. The little room off of the bedroom worked very well as storage for our luggage, and two teenagers had no problem sleeping in the living room on the fold-out sofas. We didn't even fold them up during the day as there was still plenty of room for them to remain out. Being a tall man, I appreciated the shower and not having to bend over to get under it like I have to in most places we stay. The downstairs bathroom was useful for rinsing off after going to the beach, and it was nice to have an extra toilet that could be utilized while fishing off the pier without climbing up a flight of stairs. My kids loved kayaking in the canal. We used our own lifejackets and fishing gear, but there were vests and a couple of poles and nets available. Only one rod had a reel, but again, that wasn't an issue because we brought our own. The downstairs refrigerator worked great for storing our drinks, and the grill was perfect to cook for four people. December is not the best time of year to fish down there, but I still caught black drum, flounder, pinfish, and mackerel directly from the dock. The few neighbors that we met were very friendly and polite, and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet. About the only negative I could find, and this is being extremely nitpicky, would be the porch swing. It's a nice touch, but my wife is as short as I am tall, and the swing was mounted too high from the ground for her to use it. Again, that's nothing serious, and it did not affect our stay at all. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank y'all for making a home like this available for people to enjoy.

3 night stay
The communication was excellent, had problems with TV, they came out first thing next day, ended up hdmi was just unplugged, they also changed air filter, I did bring to their attention, air grate was extremely dirty and wood next to it was thick with dust, ceiling fans needed cleaning, otherwise everything else was clean. Had coffee pot but no coffee, had to get some from store, usually that is provided when staying in a home or town home. Neighbor on one side had a very nice place, but the other side was extremely run down and junkie.

Live Roaches & Wobbly Furniture
There were a lot of crawling cockroaches, luckily there was raid spray under the sink in the kitchen, but be aware this is an ongoing problem. I notified property management and they were aware and called them "wood roaches" that come from the trees(and there isn't trees around the property and that it was normal to have them around. The outside trash was foul smelling and overflowing and had crawling maggots, we had to reach out to property management to come empty the trash so we could utilize it. In the 2nd bedroom, there are toddler beds which is deceiving in the photos and portrayed as actual twin beds. The chairs at the bar are very wobbly, I do not recommend sitting on them. And some of the patio furniture was broken. The security cameras like to come on and watch the activity from time to time, so if you see a green and a red light on at once that lets you know they are actively watching. When we arrived the A/C was off, mid you it is Texas in the middle of the summer. We turned it on ant time of arrival, and it took over 3.5 hours to cool it down to a temperature the thermostat could read with actual numbers instead of “high” Overall the house is cute and has potential but it isn’t managed and maintained properly to be at its fullest potential.

nice fishing cabin
We were looking for a place to stay while we went fishing. It was fine for that. The air couldn't cool down below 87 during the day. However it was over 100 outside. Just curious, does anyone ever use the toddler beds that take over the 2nd bedroom. Seems to me a twin bed in the room might be better.
