This is a spacious home to host you and your entire family!

This is a pet friendly home but guests must message owner about pet information/fees before checking in. *non registered pets result in $100 non-disclosure fee.


Pet Rules:

We welcome well behaved dogs for a $65 fee per pet. We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. We do limit the pets to two dogs.

• Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly
• Must be crated when in the house alone.
• Stay off all furniture and beds
• Must have advance notice of pets on property - unregistered pets will result in an additional $100 fee
• Can not be left alone outside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was simple, and we found the house to be squeaky clean. The location was ideally situated to explore Richmond to the north, and Petersburg to the south. Both were approximately 15 minutes away.

Wonderful Home

We were in Richmond for an annual girls weekend. The location was perfect for all we had planned. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very well equipped, we had everything we needed! We also loved the fact that the owners left the garage door opener for us to use. It was especially convenient for the rainy weekend we had! We will definitely come back next year.

Chesterfield Quiet Neighborhood

House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed.

Exceeds expectations

We visited this property with 5 adults and 1 three year old child to celebrate our holidays. The house was perfect for a family gathering- plenty of space and EVERYTHING you ever need- sheets, towels, extra shampoo, condiments- it made it so easy. We stayed at the house all weekend and it felt like an actual home away from home. Owner very kind and communicative and check in and out a breeze. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Easy to find, and entry was easy. Short stay, and the email referenced a house book with checkout instructions. Couldn’t find it anywhere so just cleaned as we had in other rentals. Good experience overall. Only negative was a lot of leftover expired food left in fridge.

Large Family Kings Dominion Getaway

This property had everything we needed and way more! If we had forgotten something, they had already thought about it and had it readily available at the house. The bedrooms were a great size especially the two masters on each end of the house. We have plenty of room for three adults and four teens. The house was immaculate and even had space for our two dogs to enjoy the vacation with us. Only a 30-minute drive to Kings Dominion. We will definitely be back!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house could not have worked better for our family. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. The house was a perfect size and layout. The 4 bedrooms met our needs very nicely. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The house was large enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. In addition the home is well maintained and very clean. We could not of had a better experience. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again.
