Melanie’s place was perfect! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The space was wonderful with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it fit our family of 5 wonderfully. Melanie was responsive and check in was so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED staying here. It is just like the pictures and was perfect for my short weekend trip but it also would have been ideal for a longer stay as Melanie has everything you could need when it comes to kitchen supplies. Melanie also was very accommodating with an early check in and great communication! The space was mostly quiet with some construction noises during the day. Already looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in town

Beautiful updated, comfortable apartment. The bed was cozy, the was spacious and water was hot. Close to the city and RIT. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Melanie was quick to respond to any questions and very nice. There is a TV in the living room and there is coffee available. I have stayed in the area 4 other times and plan to stay here from now on while visiting Rochester.

We had a great 3night stay Friday-Monday. Apartment is exactly as pictured as the upper unit in a very quiet home on a quiet tree lined street. Checking in was easy and off street parking was appreciated. We were in town to visit our daughter and would definitely stay here on another trip.

This space was just right for our weekend in Rochester. It was easy to get to and close to downtown, but with a quiet neighborhood vibe. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms with 3 of us staying there.

We had a perfect stay. The place was clean , cozy and inviting. Convenient to parks and great neighborhood for walking. 4 minute drive to Highland Park which was beautiful. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Very clean and cute apartment. Host was EXTREMELY detailed about the parking and check on process. Snacks were left for us upon checking in. Host communicated efficiently and let us know they were around if we needed them. Very cute and quiet area . It was a great stay

The whole place was great!The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was furnished with anything that we would have needed to make meals, though we didn't do any cooking this trip. Appreciated that there was a full bath and a half bath and the number of clean towels! The living room was comfy and we appreciated the streaming services provided during our down time. This gem is located in a very nice neighborhood yet just a few minutes drive to the university campus. I was very pleased that off street parking was provided!Loved this place and would book it again!Dorene

This is a great apartment in a quiet area with off street parking and centrally located to many areas. It is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and has quality linens. We had no issues at all during our stay. Melanie was communicative and responded to messages right away. She was also very helpful in getting an item back after accidentally leaving without it. Would definitely stay here again.
