Riverside condo near Winter Park-large private deck

Retreat to the large private deck of this newly renovated getaway and gaze out at the mountains of the continental divide. Neatly decorated and featuring a coffee bar, new vinyl floors, updated kitchen and bathroom, and river rock gas fireplace. Take an early morning stroll on the Fraser River Trail, located behind the condo to the grocery store (0.6 miles), or continue all the way to Winter Park. The river trail is relatively flat and perfect for walking, riding bikes and accessing fishing.

This cozy condo has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Smart TV's, washer and dryer, king and queen size beds with pillow tops, comfy sheets and duvets. Spread out on the chaise couch in front of the fireplace, create a delicious home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and dine at the large dining table that offers groups and families a fun and enjoyable space for meals together.

Other things to note:
Our mountain condo is a ground floor unit, as a result you may hear your neighbors.

For light sleepers, we are located a quarter mile from a railroad track. For your convenience, we've provided ear plugs and a noise machine which is highly effective in blocking out unwanted noise. We've also installed noise reduction windows (June-22).

9/25/24: The hot tubs are closed for repairs until further notice. Hot tubs are available at the Grand Park Recreation Center.

Heaven on earth for anyone who loves the outdoors with a little luxury too. I would recommend thos home to everyone and we hope to be back this winter. So convenient and close to everything you'd need for an amazing mountain escape any season of the year. Very well stocked with all the conveniences of home and in beautiful condition. The large deck looks out on the river and the mountains. Couldn't have asked for more. Stay here!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway and conveniently located near Winter Park. It was close to everything, yet situated in a nice quiet community. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and super clean. 10/10 recommend.

Great place to stay in Fraser

The condo was very clean, amenities were provided (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, games, bathroom essentials), beds were very comfortable - they thought of everything! The condo is SO central to everything in Winter Park. 5 minutes from the tubing hill and 5-7 minutes from all the restaurants. We had a really great time and would definitely stay again.

Great spot

Easy access to the Amtrak station, downtown Fraser and the Lift Shuttle stop made this place convenient. The condo is as well stocked as I’ve ever seen, with small details such as lotion in the bathroom, laundry detergent for the clothes washer, aluminum foil and extra towels to use. The beds are comfortable, the living room and table are big enough for 6 adults, and the view from the outdoor area is spectacular. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We were able to secure an early check-in with ease.

Fun get-away

This was a lovely property, older structure, but everything inside was updated and nice. The view of the stream off the porch was beautiful. Minutes from Winter Park resort, and restaurants. Gas fireplace made it cozy and my teenagers liked the games.

Wonderful condo and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, well equiped and very cozy and comfortable. The large deck overlooking the Fraser River was a great place to relax and eat while listening to the peaceful sound of the flowing river. The views were awesome and the close proximity to the Fraser River Trail was an added bonus. We'll be back!!!!

Hidden gem!

This place was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. The host provided everything you could need as far as toiletries, coffee, kitchen supplies, and more. It was so clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The fireplace was perfect and the porch was gorgeous with the river out back! It was close to downtown Fraser and to Rocky Mountain national park. We had the best time!

Great family stay

We loved this condo stay! The location was perfect for us - close to restaurants and the highway (for getting to other nearby cities), but the highlight was the proximity to the river and the trail. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to the water!! We also appreciated all the little amenities in the condo - the coffee bar, shampoo in the shower, reading lights on the bunk bed, etc. Lots of thoughtful little additions that made it feel more like home! Prefect Condo for a long weekend

The riverside condo was a perfect for our family to stay in while skiing and visiting our daughter. The condo was clean, well stocked with items, and was very comfortable. I loved the morning coffee bar and then comjng in after skiing to a hot tub, on property, and a fire in the fireplace. Monica was great in responding back to me on a question and she also sent a manual on the condo. Would recommend the condo and when we come back we will definitely stay here.

It's the little things!

Monica's place was amazing. It was extremely clean, well organized, well equipped with everything you might need for your trip and in a great location close to Winter Park, tubing and great restaurants. Beautiful view of river and mountains

The condo had everything we needed. The deck overlooking the Fraser river, which was wonderful. Lots of privacy. Did not have any issues with neighbors being noisy. There was a problem with the grill and the property manager took care of it immediately for us.

Comfortable and convenient

Family on a budget. We utilized the kitchen for cooking breakfast and supper. Kitchen was well equipped with a decent eating area. Comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom was clean and thoughtfully stocked. The view of the river and the sound of the water was WONDERFUL!!! We enjoyed the deck, comfy outdoor seating and view of the mountains. Location was great for us and all of our plans. We love hiking in the summer and location was convenient. We were able to hike RMNP, Arapaho Bay, and Byers Peak and still make it back to the condo in time for a soak in the hot tub soak.

At "Home" in Fraser, CO

Our stay at this Twin Rivers condo Bldg 'Confluence' Unit 3 was one of our best experiences ever including rentals & exchange stays. This unit was so well supplied, equipped, and decorated, we immediately felt Very Comfortable, almost like we were at home. The Owner's Manual was very detailed covering operation of everything. The outside deck facing the Fraser River was so relaxing with the swift snow-melt waters and birds in the brush. It was so easy to run to the nearby stores, or to the mountains and snow. If we every can come back to Fraser, this will be the first unit we will look for again.

Lovely property, very nice owner, great experience!

We have nothing but good things to say. Monica, the owner, was very responsive to pre-trip questions. Parking was easy and available right outside the front door. The condo was clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. The river rock fireplace is gorgeous and the tv is large and easy to access apps. I grilled meals on the enormous deck overlooking the creek. I bet it’s absolutely amazing on that deck during the warm months. They have an adorable and well-stocked coffee bar that we really enjoyed. This property description mentioned possible noise from neighbors and the train, but honestly this was the quietest condo we ever rented. Didn’t hear a peep from neighbors. Heard a distant train one afternoon but not at all a big deal. She has it decorated so nice in there, we felt right at home. Thank you Monica!

Hiking in Winter Park

We absolutely loved this condo. It was incredibly clean/maintained and stocked well. Noise machines in each bedroom for white noise. I’m one that sleeps with a fan every night and found this incredibly thoughtful. The location is perfect! Very quiet and right on the Fraser river. We sat on the patio each night with cocktails, a blanket ( it’s cold at night) and listened to the water with an awesome view of the mountains. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. it was a great place to unwind. Other reviews talked about train noise, never heard. The one critique we have is that the king mattress needs to be replaced. It has met its expiration date. I’ve downgraded to 4 stars because of the mattress. We ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. We’d rent again in a heart beat with a new mattress.

Peaceful Mountain Home Base with babbling river

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here for an easy breezy vacation. We often sat and ate on the deck while lusting to the water babble by and eating humming birds. The kids enjoyed adventuring in and around the river. Everything was easy about our stay from checking in to fast rest response when we had questions. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. Clear instructions on appliance use and labels to tell us where everything was meant that we wanted to use an item we could do so quickly. Hooking up our Netflix to the TV was a breeze. My son left his Ruff Ruff when we left and the hosts took the time and effort to locate ruff ruff and ship him to us. We also were able to access a variety of activities minutes away. We walked the Fraser river trail gazed at the milky way at night, walked to the grocery store, bike rental, and fly fish shop. Horseback riding, and survival class were under a 5 minute drive away. In addition, many trailers start in the area, some flat, and others to the mountain top. Winter Park resort is also near and we enjoyed a ride up the gondola. The location is also close to white water rafting, fly fishing, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

A perfect little place with lovely river sounds!

This place was stellar to stay! Incredibly fast Wi-Fi (for those who work on the go, like myself), a coffee bar (because, yes), games, smart TV, kitchen accessories, and a cozy environment. Alongside that, there was comfortable patio furniture right beside a small portion of what I believe was Fraser River (apologies if incorrect) right beside the deck which made for such a relaxing stay. 15/10. We’ll be back!
