Comfortable holiday apartment with a breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore just a few minutes from the centre of Baveno, on the 1st floor of a small residential building.



From the living room you have access to a furnished balcony, ideal for al fresco dining, from here you can also watch the beautiful sunsets over the lake. From Baveno, which is situated in a charming panoramic position, you have the opportunity to embark on the fantastic Borromean Islands - with their picturesque towns and gardens (900m quay). Stesa, the queen of the lake, is definitely worth a visit (4 km).



Madonna del Sasso on Lake Orta, a hermitage built on a rock between 1730 and 1748, is 32 km away and is ideally situated for excursions to the hills of Monferrato and the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (approx. 110 km) with their excellent wines and white truffles. The ancient Italian capital Turin with its museums and palaces (143km).

La propriétaire est en co-location c'est un problème méthode de tri sélectif complexe. Canapé défoncé, chaises vieilles, pas de table salle à manger, minimum d'ustensiles cuisine (4 verres) couverts minimum, vieux tapis, télévision préhistorique, douche minuscule, aboiements de chiens même la nuit place voiture aléatoire, pas de fonctionnalités pour le placement du linge etc.. accessibilité compliquée non prévue pour une berline je ne recommande pas ce logement

Die gesamte Inventareinrichtung scheint eine Zusammenstellung aus einigen Haushaltsaifllsungen zu sein. ZB Ein völlig durchgesessenen Chaiselonge om Wohnzimmer. Fernseher mit Receiver schwer zu bedienen. Oft kein Bild.

Wohlfühlüberraschung mit Panoramaausblick!

Cynthia ist eine zuvorkommende und gleichzeitig sehr klare Gastgeberin, die uns schnell mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung vertraut gemacht hat. Über die Extrakosten waren wir zurerst etwas erstaunt, aber 50 € für die Endreinigung sind völlig okay und einen anderen Teil haben wir zurückerhalten, da wir die Heizung nicht genutzt haben. Es war schön, abseits des Tourismus in einem Wohngebiet zu schlafen. Die Nachbarn haben uns schon nach 3 Tagen freundlich gegrüßt und uns zugewunken. Der Balkon bot ein wunderbare doppelte Aussicht auf den Lage und Verbania und gleichzeitig auf das Val Grande. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt und waren kaum essen, sondern gerne selbst mit den Köstlichkeiten vom Markt gekocht (Markttag Montag). Da wir klimafreundlich mit dem Zug angereist waren, war Baveno eine sehr gute Wahl mit den vielfältigen Verbindungen Zug/Bus/Schiff. Und immer war es schön, nach den Wanderungen und Ausflügen zurück in die ruhige und angenehme Wohnung zu kommen. Ein wenig Zeit haben wir gebraucht, um das System der Müllentsorgung zu verstehen. Da wäre eine kleine Anleitung oder Aufklärung für Nachfolgende sicher hilfreich. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Trotz schlechten Wetters hatten wir eine schöne Woche in Baveno. Das WLAN ist bis 1GB pro Tag kostenlos (nicht nur 1KB wie Herbert W. schreibt), uns hat das gut ausgereicht.

Flat is nice, but the wilan cost you an arm and a leg.

The Flat is really nice as is the Landlady, we had bad luck with the weather but otherwise the area is very nice, we have been around Orta, Mergozzo a lot the last few years. The only thing, if you have teenagers who enjoy their smartphone and you haven't got free web it is going to be very expencive or you will have to tell them all evenning to turn off the phone. 1 KB is free, after that you pay, and believe me one KB isn't going to last long. If on the other hand you just check your mail and get some information about the are, go for it.

Les informations données sur l'annonce ont été respectées. Très bon accueil sur site par Cinzia. Seul bémol, la voisine du dessous est parfois très bruyante, heureusement que nous ne passions pas la journée dans l'appartement...

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement d'une propreté impeccable. Tous les petits détails étaient là, : bouquet de fleurs sur la table et bouteille de vin et 2 Verres sur la meuble du salon... Bien aménagé, il ne manque rien. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse dont nous avons bien profité pour les repas. Si nous revenons à Baveno nous relouerons sans problème cet appartement. Dommage que les vacances se terminent !

Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Appartement confortable, très propre et rénové, idéal comme pied à terre pour visiter les environs. La déco date un peu, mais tout y est. L accueil est sympathique, assuré par Cinzia, et l environnement calme pour qui souhaite du repos. On peut accéder au centre ville à pied en moins de 10 minutes où on trouve quelques restaurants à ne pas manquer. Parking à l arrière du petit immeuble. Notre séjour à BAVENO a été fort agréable et nous recommandons cet hébergement.
