Crystal Peak Lodge on Peak 7 is one of Breckenridge's finest and newest ski-in/ski-out residences. With access to the gondola and Independence SuperChair lift just outside the door, you are one quick stop from the base of Peak 8 or a short gondola ride into town for shopping and dining.

This professionally decorated condo features a spacious living area, one bedroom, and two bathrooms, providing ample room for guests to spread out.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed for the chef in your family to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen flows into the dining room, creating an ideal space for family and friends to eat, watch TV, listen to music, and relax after a day of skiing. The living area also includes a large gas fireplace.

Crystal Peak Lodge offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center overlooking the slopes, heated underground parking, an outdoor hot tub area, a private ski locker, an in-house ski/snowboard rental shop, a lift ticket office, a game room, and a sauna and steam room. There is also a large fire pit overlooking the slopes.

During your stay, you have access to additional amenities at One Ski Hill Place (OSHP). OSHP is located on Peak 8, about a 3-5 minute walk or a 2-minute gondola ride away. It features an aquatics center with two indoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fire pit, steam room, sauna, and a rejuvenation center offering massage therapy. Additionally, OSHP has a mine shaft-themed bowling alley that can be reserved through the concierge.

A free shuttle service is available on call to take you to both facilities or anywhere else in town you wish to go.

With free underground parking at Crystal Peak Lodge, you won't need a car. The convenient gondola access and free shuttle service make it easy to get anywhere in town without driving.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, right near lift, Breck sports in the building, gondola access, cozy fireplace. Space heater is a must in the bedroom though. Still will worth it.

Could not be a better location for easy access to Peak 7. Hot tub was great, relax after day of skiing and watch the happenings around base and the last minute skiers make their way in. Thank you...great communication and great experience.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee watching the sun come up in the mornings over the mountains. The gondola is only a few steps away to ride into town for lunch. Enjoyed the hot tubs in the evening. Definitely will book again.

The property is up the mountain from Breckenridge but near the gondola. I did not receive special check-in information so I thought there was going to be on site check-in. The main doors were locked and only through lucky guess I was able to find property manager and get information. There was construction work next door which was noisy but room was very nice.

This condo is a perfect getaway. The inside fits the pictures and it was well maintained. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. I like the fact that it was two bathrooms with two showers. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was big and had a nice view. The gondola came right to the hotel which made it easy to get to town without a car. The buses ran until late and dropped off in front of the hotel. We would stay again. The host was great as well. I was given all the information needed to get into the room and access all the utilities.

The space is extremely well located at the base of peak 7 making it incredibly easy to ski in/out, store your skis, eat, get to downtown, etc... The host was very responsive and informative. The cons are that for the price, the inside amenities are very sub par. We have (2) couple sleeping there and the sofa bed was in rough shape, a total of 4 pillows for 4 people, the blankets were almost airplane quality, no comforters, etc...no Kleenex in the room...basic amenities that you would expect for the price point

Location, Luxury and Convenience

The location of Crystal Peak Lodge at the base of Peak 7 is among the best locations of any property in Breckenridge, literally ten steps from the ski lift. What sets Crystal Peak apart are the quality/luxury of the condos and the additional amenities, including a shuttle into town with an Uber-style app, ski lockers, inside parking and an adjacent restaurant. This condo was luxurious, spacious and well appointed. With two bathrooms and lots of space, it accommodated multiple people with ease. We had an issue with a bit of cold air leaking through a window into the bedroom, for which the host was responsive and managed as well as possible. We would certainly stay at Crystal Peak Lodge again.

Cozy and Clean

Had a great time at the condo. The place was spotless and so cozy. The bed was so comfy and my fiancé wouldn’t stop talking about how soft the sheets and pillows were. The place was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. All kitchen tools, shampoo conditioner, body wash, games, blankets, heater, humidifier, just everything! The ski locker, the slopes and the gondola were all so close which made ski days a breeze. The gondola to town does close @ 5 so to get to town for dinner a car is needed or taking the bus. The only down side to our stay (which has nothing to do with the owner and still a 5 star stay) was the restaurant that is next door to the condo had the music blasting til close (about 9pm) almost every night. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

-Heaters/heating needs work. It was very cold outside (<10 degrees F) but the unit's 2 base board heaters put out virtually no heat and the one in the bathroom was broken. The heating mechanism for the building comes from hot water circulating from a boiler to the condo units via water pipes. It couldn't keep up with how cold it was outside. We relied on the gas fireplace to heat the common areas and a space heater for the bedroom. Not ideal as we weren't comfortable leaving the fireplace running all night, but it worked out okay. We also preferred not to have anyone in the unit to diagnose for repairs during our stay so did not push the issue any further with the owner/property manager.

Peaceful / Relaxing Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as expected! Who new a ski lodge would be a wonderful place to stay in the summer! The use of the gondolas to go into the downtown as well as the free bus rides really made it easy to not need to use a car the entire stay. The host was OUTSTANDING answering questions posed very quickly. He was truly accommodating. We hope to visit again in the future and this spot will be #1 on our list!

President’s Day trip

Not only was the condo true to the pictures, the exceeded the photos. The master bath was spacious. The kitchen was clean, modern, and fully stocked, and the view of the mountains were amazing. After a day of skiing and walking through town this was the perfect place to end the day. Don’t let anyone tell you where you sleep doesn’t matter, because it does. It was money well-spent on our part.
