For a holiday of a special kind:
Complete new building with larch rhombus boarding, high-quality oak real wood parquet & tiled floor, anthracite aluminum-plastic window including 2 large lift-sliding elements in the living room, smooth plaster on the walls and wonderful, maritime interior of brushed old wood, warm rattan, Italian kitchen stone worktop (selected on site) and handcrafted vanities.

A high-quality, custom-made fireplace in simple, cubic appearance with integrated wooden shelf serves in the cooler months. In the fully equipped kitchen incl. Delonghi coffee machine and cooking island triggers design on functionality. In the living area flatscreen and Wi-Fi can relax or be online as needed.
Each bedroom has an en suite with walk-in rain shower and underfloor and wall heating. The dining table and coffee table furniture is not off the peg but individually hand-crafted from steel and gnarled old wood.

Who sleeps well, wakes up in the morning to beautiful: hence our beds are equipped with pocket sprung mattresses and toppers quality of Dorma Bell.
In the master bedroom you rest in a 1.80 m large hotel box spring bed, in bedroom 2 there are 2 separate hotel box spring beds. But: we only have space for 4 people and have (by design) no sofa bed in the WZ).

Outside, a large, L-shaped light furniture-quality hardwood with various seating and resting opportunities waiting for you. The outdoor sauna can accommodate 4 people and an outdoor shower completes the spa.

The detached house is situated in a ca 560qm large and garden.

Dogs are seen as guests, but only with small stature, well behaved and by arrangement. Our property is fully fenced, so your dog should be obedient. Should your dog be a bed and sofa sleeper, we are not the right house for you.

A short walk and you can already walk on the dike to Fehmarnsund or swim in the shallow Baltic water. The natural beach next door does not have beach chairs or takeaways. Instead, you can let your four-legged friends run free, go with your kite / Surfutensiel directly to the designated water sports area or fishing at the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
