Everything was great, but I would have liked the apartment to be cleaner… there was a musty, moldy smell.

Great Family Trip!

The location and property was great. We stayed during July 4th holiday. The beach was still great and not crowded. Our family of nine had a good time and will come back.

Perfect Stay!

You just can’t beat the view and location! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast and dinner every night(had to buy a pizza cutter). The beach service was a plus! Will definitely stay again!

The facility was very clean. The condo needs a deep clean and more updating. The master bathroom was terrible. A rusty trash can? Overall not pleasing. I rolled up the carpet in the living room it was so dirty and old. For the price, I expected better.

Good Beach View

Property was a good size for our party of 6, more than enough room. Condo was dusty and in need of various repairs. AC was unable to keep up with 74 degree demand and could not cool off the upstairs. Box fans available for upstairs guests, however, the fans were so dusty, WE had to clean them before use. Beach access and view were great. Management company was easy to contact and very helpful with needs. Location was good and easy to access. With a few modifications and attention to detail, condo has great potential.

Condo was not up to par. A big patch in the ceiling and the refrigerator was falling apart. cheap

Not good. Will not be coming back to ocean reef.
