Ocean Front 2BR/2BA Condo - Midtown Location - first floor - ideal for families

Come enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble oceanfront condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation. This is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. Also, this is an older condo and has not been updated.

First floor is ideal for families with younger children and is stocked with numerous beach toys, 2 boogie boards for older children, 8 beach chairs, a heavy duty beach umbrella, 2 beach blankets and a beach wagon to haul it all!

Bring the children/grandchildren and create precious fun memories together!

A fully stocked kitchen offering many pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker.

There is a dining table for family meals and 3 countertop stools which are ideal for breakfast, lunch and snack time.

Bedroom #1 - 2 double beds, a smart TV and its own small bathroom.
Bedroom #2 - King bed, a smart TV and next to the hall bathroom.
Queen Pullout Sofa in the Living Room for additional bedding.

LINENS PROVIDED: Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths, Kitchen Towels, Beach Towels, 2 Beach Blankets and Bed Sheets/Pillowcases and Comforters for each bed including the Queen Sofa Bed.

Guest provides all soaps and paper products.

Free Basic Cable and WiFi Internet Service.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Very Pet Friendly

This apartment is right on the beach with a large balcony which makes it great for beach access. It is cheerfully and tastefully decorated and the owner supplied all the linens and beach towels. I brought my two dogs, an elderly relative and a friend and there was more than enough space for all of us. The building is very pet friendly, there were dogs in all of the other apartments. Stephanie was a great host and I would definitely like to come again.

Can't beat this location!

Property is showing its age, but it's clean and has everything you need, yes EVERYTHING! Sheets, bath/kitchen and beach towels are top quality, and the location is ideal. Owner was wonderful to deal with. I would go back.

Beach Dreamy and Fabulous!

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely everything myself and my family needed for our beach trip! The size and space was awesome, the decor gave it the perfect beachy feel. The location was spot on for us and our activities. Literal steps from the beach and everything you would need to walk down to the water and enjoy your day. Fully stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, etc… She has everything you need to jump in your car and go. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked with towels, beach towels and blankets. All the linens you need without the extra fee. This saves you so much space in your vehicle for traveling as you don’t have to bring all of your own items from home. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Stephanie is a wonderful host! All of the information she gives is very clear and she is super easy to communicate with and she is very courteous and kind. The bonus is that it is pet friendly so you can take your fur baby too for only a minimal fee. Stephanie, Thank you for everything!
