This lake house was a wonderful place to spend a fall weekend. Wonderfully stocked kitchen to cozy living room with a fireplace. The view of the lake was beautiful. Our little dog loved it and so did we. Daniel was very informative and the house was clean. We would come back.

What a great find for a secluded rental that is still leaves you close to getting to anywhere you need to go. It was very peaceful to get up every morning with a coffee on your own private lake shore and watch the geese, squirrels or deer foraging. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking food, mediaentertainment, or to relax quietly on a peaceful lake shore and read a book.Dan was a great host and greeted our arrival with a bottle of wine. He very was easy to get ahold of, if we were to need anything. We're saving this place for another time when we visit family in Michigan.

Beautiful stay as Always! This was our second stay to the Brighton area to visit family. We love this cottage and the beautiful view of the lake. It is very comfortable and feels like home! Although it is close to "busy everything", it is down a beautiful little road in an area that is quiet and peaceful. We really appreciate all the amenities and the many, useful household supplies. Thanks for the welcoming bottle of wine and candy. Thanks for the good communication and easy check in.

We were visiting family in Wixom and decuded to bring our dog all the way from Holland, MI. Daniel was a great host, we had a small issue with entering the home and Daniel was quick to respond and help us get in quickly. The home was cute, clean and in a lovely hidden area. Location is excellent as it is on a secluded road but also close to stores, restaurants and many other shops. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Daniel was a wonderful host. Very easy to get ahold of.The house is as pictured. Wonderful setting. Quiet neighbors .Well stocked with paper products, kichen spices along with shampoo and conditioner. You will be happy on the deck looking at the lake as you have a camp fire with toasted marshmallows.Enjoy.

Not quite what we expected for the price but it has a nice deck, water a few yards away, we used the fireplace. Very comfortable home with all the necessities. Just the two of us and two small dogs, they did fine. Beautiful lake, quiet, peaceful and that's what we were looking for. Owner was very available to answer questions. So overall, I would return.

Perfect for a family retreat!

We had an amazing time in this quiet home on the lake! It was clean and very spacious and my daughter loved swimming everyday! We were also allowed to have our dog with us which made the stay that much more enjoyable!
Fire pit was wonderful for smores!

Great Place!

We had an amazing time staying here. Our dogs loved swiming in the lake and the fishing was good too! We asked for a special accommodation and it was granted which made our stay even better. The host was great and would look to stay here agian in the future.

This was a very cozy place tucked away on a quiet road but close to amenities for convenience. We felt at home as soon as we entered. It is exactly as pictured and described and it was very well stocked. Host was responsive and clear in communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in the area. I bet its glorious during the summer!

Enjoyed our stay

Nice clean home, fully equipped, with good views of the lake and its swans. Owner was very responsive. It was a good visit and well located for our visit to see family in metro Detroit.
