Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious lanai overlooking colorful flora, the expansive Makai golf course, and peekaboo ocean views! Outdoor seating and dining areas offer places to relax with a book or enjoy a meal in the gentle island breeze. As you step inside through the sliding glass door you will immediately feel at home in this contemporary and cozy space. Four panels of floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outside in, creating an abundance of natural light and tropical views.

An open layout provides seamless transitions between spaces and allows for optimal air flow throughout the home. The living area features air conditioning, a comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa, two cozy lounge chairs, and large flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights at home! A designated dining area is furnished with seating for four and a unique, circular glass table. The fully equipped kitchen does not disappoint and supplies everything you need to feel right at home. Modern appliances include side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed, air conditioning, and wall-mounted television. A large window offers palm trees and mountain vistas.
