Dear guests, our spacious, well maintained and tastefully furnished attic is in a calm, central located villa from 1926.
It is ideal to accomodate small families and groups with up to 4 persons as well as couples and solo travellers.

The house and the attic represent a modern standard combined with the charm of a historic building.

The attic is on the 3rd floor, with 50 sqm it offers lots of space. The large open space room is separated in a sleeping and living area with kitchen.
For sleeping it has a double bed (sleeps 2 persons). The second sleeping area is in a small separated room with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-supply (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, dishes).
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a washing machine.
From the large windows you have a great view and a lot of daylight.
We provide Cable tv, DVDs and books as well as internet access (wifi) for your entertainment.

Our house is in a calm side street in a neighborhood called "Heidelberg Weststadt". Many houses in the area are art nouveau and art déco style (like our house).
Sights, restaurants, stores and the adjoining woodland can be reached quickly by foot and public transport.
The stop for local trains, trams and busses is close to our location. We are only one stop away from Heidelberg main station and old town.

Towels and linen are included.
Parking permits can be booked optionally at 5 € per car and night / 25 € per car and week. Parking is on the street, no fixed parking. The permits can be paid cash on arrival.

We have an additional attic with 50 sqm for up to 4 persons and an apartment with 80 sqm for up to 5 persons available for rent.
We are living in the same house and will try to help you with any question.
On arrival we have a brochure for you with detailed information about the apartments, the surrounding area and public transport.

Sehr saubere und super gemütliche Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung hat ein tolles Flair, und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Nur zum empfehlen.. Der Vermieter bietet, auf Wunsch, einen Parkschein an, was eine tolle Sache ist.. Man kann das Auto in der Nähe parken, und kann alles zu Fuß erkunden.. Tolle Sache, da Parkplätze rar sind... Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit allem. Gerne wieder 👍👍👍👍👍

Tolle und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage, ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zur Altstadt. Es fehlte an nichts, um die Zeit vor Ort zu genießen. Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr angenehm war auch das große Badezimmer und die äußerst komfortablen Betten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung und kommen sehr gerne wieder !! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber !

Zentral gelegenes, schönes dachstudio

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist sauber und modern, auch die Dachschrägen über den Betten stellten kein Problem dar. Für die angespannte Parkplatzsituation stellen die Vermieter Parkausweise zur Verfügung für 3€/d, um die man sich nicht kümmern muss. Ich wüsste auch gar nicht, wo ich diese erwerben könnte, denn herkömmliche parkautomaten scheint es hier nicht überall zu geben. Vielen Dank, gern wieder

fast wie unser Heidelberger zuhause

Wi sind nun schon seit ein paar Jahren in den Ferienwohnungen von heidel-home zu Gast und sind immer weider froh, dort zu sein. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man benötigt, alles schön und sauber und wir fühlen uns wie zuhause. Der Service ist wunderbar und unkompliziert! Danke!
