The "Golf" house is located in a quiet residential area on the Alcanada beach, rarely frequented by tourists and 15 minutes walking from the Port of Alcudia. You can enjoy its impressive sea views from the garden, terrace, its 5 sun loungers or one of the 3 bedrooms with views. Its barbecue will offer you great moments with family or friends.



During the summer months, there is a pier in front of the house for sunbathing. In addition, they have 3 kayaks, which will allow you to enjoy a moment of sport during your vacation days. It has a covered outdoor area with a barbecue and a table to enjoy outdoor dinners. Also, an outdoor chill-out area with 3 umbrellas and another table to have breakfast while looking at the sea.



The house is distributed over two floors, the 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor, three of the rooms have a double bed and another has two single beds. You will be able to enjoy sea views from 3 of the bedrooms.



The living room has air conditioning, wifi and Smart TV, comfortable sofas to rest and a dining table. The house has 3 bathrooms, two of them with shower on the main floor and one with bathtub on the first floor.



The ground floor has been recently renovated. The kitchen offers good facilities and plenty of space to cook comfortably with all the necessary utensils and appliances and a table with chairs. Connected to the kitchen there is an exit to the outdoor area with a barbecue.



The house is located a short distance from the Alcanada golf course. Restaurants and bars just 200 meters away.

Easy to settle in and feel at home

Great place to stay for a family. Authentic Mallorca house, with everything we needed to have a good time, including kayaking, swimming in the ocean in very short walking distance, quick shopping and restaurants. Options for sun and shade all day. Host was flexible and helpful. Value for money.

Spacy rooms, awesome view from the balcony, the sea is very accessible, quiet area, bus stop nearby, a lot of tables. Missing detergent for washing the dishes. The life jackets are not in best shape, zhe paddles as well. Bed in one of the bedrooms is not suitable for tall adults.

House with fantastic views over bay.

Wonderful position, excellent outside space with garden and great eating and relaxing areas. We made full use of the 3 canoes. Very convenient to get into Alcúdia using local bus which stops minutes away from the house. Shower doors in upstairs bathroom very difficult to use - both upstairs bathrooms could benefit from an upgrade. Kitchen cupboards have a musty smell.

Nice location, but…

The view is the reason we chose the house. The house is clean, spacious, having the best view in Alcudia. But it has very old bathrooms with old flush system especially in the pink bathroom. It almost doesn’t work. When you press, you have to be very strong to wash away all the stuff. So we didn’t used it anymore. But the great minus of the house is the only air conditioner on the first floor. We had to sleep with the open doors everywhere on the second floor to make it fresher, it isn’t safe, first, and secondly, huge amount of mosquitoes coming outdoors. About safety , I was afraid of to be robbed while sleeping with everything opened . We had such an experience in the house with no air conditioner. Of having no air con and opened windows another problem appeared. A lots of mosquitoes. Fumigators didn’t help. We were totally bitten. About 20 bites on my face. I would recommend the house only if these 2 problems were solved: additional aircon and mosquitoes nets on the windows

Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Die Ankunft in das Airbnb war dank self check-in und vorhanden PKW-Stellplatz sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben das Haus in einem gereinigten Zustand empfangen und die Fläche war, da wir auch nur mit vier Personen angereist sind, mehr als ausreichend. Die meiste Zeit haben wir bei Aufenthalt vor Ort auf der Terrasse verbracht, da u.A. der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Boote beeindruckend und das Highlight für uns war. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Optionen zum Einkaufen, die man mit dem PKW schnell erreichen kann. Der Hafen ist ebenfalls sehenswert.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit atemberaubenden Aussichten auf‘s Wasser, was direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Es hat ein sehr gepflegten Garten, große Terrasse und Balkon von 3 der 4 Schlafzimmern im 1. OG. Alles ist sauber, ordentlich, funktionell und das EG ist sehr großzügig. Küche und Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich kann diese Vermietung sehr empfehlen! Die Ausstattung der Küche für die Versorgung von großen Gruppen (die max Belegung ist 8), zB große Schlüsseln, Servierbesteck, Große Kaffeetassen wären gut.

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison confortable et à proximité immédiate de la mer

L'accès facile pour partir en kayak directement depuis le jardin (une petite rue calme à traverser et vous y êtes) est un vrai plus ! La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse et les chambres. Je recommande !

Ideal Property Mallorca war eine sehr freundliche Agentur, die nach bestem Wissen & Gewissen bei unseren Fragen weitergeholfen haben. Die Unterkunft ist Preis-Leistungstechnisch sehr empfehlenswert und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft (sofern man keinen Partyurlaub machen möchte - die Gegend ist eher ruhig und man hat direkte Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte). Das Wasser am Strand direkt vorm Haus ist glasklar und mit den Kajaks, die zum Haus gehören, lässt sich die Gegend vom Wasser aus wunderbar erkunden. Ansonsten empfiehlt sich ein Mietauto, um unkompliziert einkaufen fahren zu können & diverse Ausflüge im Norden der Insel zu machen.

Regen von der Decke auf das Bett🤪

Wohnraum und Garten schön. Doch das Gebäude ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Im Obergeschoss müffelte es sehr stark und die Toiletten und das Bad waren doch schon Grenzwertüberschreitungen. Zu allem Glück regnete es von der Decke. Sehr positiv war: es war es trotz allem sehr sauber.

Top Lage! Muss mann sagen. Sehr schönen Meerblick und der Name des Hauses 'Golf', kommt weil in der Nähe ein Golfplatz ist in Aucanada. Als leidenschaftlicher Golfspieler war dies ein sehr grosser Pluspunkt. Die Agentur waren auch sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
