Superb luxury house at the tip of Cap-Ferret, close to the 44h, very well located in a quiet environment and close to the ocean and the beaches of the basin.

THE VILLA

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, very well appointed in lush greenery, with a beautiful sunny wooden terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for your family lunches.

This sublime villa at the Pointe du Cap-Ferret is perfect for spending family holidays, the wooden terrace is bathed in sunshine and equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. You will have at your disposal an outdoor shower with hot water ideal for beach outings.

The interior is completely renovated and very comfortable, tastefully decorated with a kitchen with quality equipment and spacious open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace. The house is composed of a master suite with bathroom (shower and bath) as well as three double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms with walk-in shower.

You can park in the street for free without problem or in the garden.

ACCESS

The villa is located at the tip of Cap-Ferret in a setting surrounded by nature and a few meters from the ocean. You will have the opportunity to stroll on the beach by walking a few minutes. From the Pointe beach you will have the most beautiful view of the basin on the Dune du Pyla and the Banc d'Arguin. Surfing enthusiasts will be delighted.

The coastal path is a pretty walk in the forest that runs along the Ocean beaches you have access to it just in front of the house.

Finally, the 44-hour district is just behind the house, this time with access to the Bassin beach, which is also very quick.
