We had a great stay and were very happy with the property. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. It worked perfectly for our group and made the stay very enjoyable. Everything met our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Osage Beach

We loved our stay at this house and enjoyed using the amenities in the estates and at Margaritaville. The main living areas are beautifully updated and we enjoyed all of the space to spread out with our group.

Great Vacation

It was exactly what we needed for a large family vacation. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries, and check-in/check-out was easy. The manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house worked great for 9! Surprised there was not a shower in the main bathroom (large jetted tub), so we had to shower downstairs. The house is a bit outdated, but stocked well. The cleaning service could do a much better job (we left it cleaner than when we arrived). Examples: nice gas grill, but super dirty. Empty pantyhose box under one of the beds downstairs. Many stains on blankets and bedspreads, but extras were available). Overall, nice place, good location, and excellent communication from our host, Kathleen!

The house has 4 showers and 5 bathrooms as shown in the photos. You did say there was one bedspread with a stain on it even though you said you could tell it was washed. I apologize that my cleaner missed it. I did have a replacement available for you at the house. We do clean our grill between all turnovers. My cleaners always send photos of the grill after it is cleaned. Glad you liked the house overall and location!
