Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich absolut perfekt! Meerblick, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 15 Minuten mit dem Bus ins schöne Zentrum von La Rochelle. Schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung, allerdings ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Fenster und die Haustür schließen nicht so gut bzw. nur mit Kraft und viel Lärm. Ein Rolladen ging gar nicht mehr auf. Die Stühle sind sehr einfach und hart. Die Balkonmöbel sind alle kaputt und nur sehr einfache unbequeme Stühle ohne ein einziges Kissen. Gemütlich auf dem Balkon sitzen, war nicht möglich. Recht viele Ameisen in der Wohnung. Die Matratzen könnten auch dringend mal ausgetauscht werden!! Insgesamt ein schönes Appartement, alles soweit in Ordnung und für eine Woche absolut okay, aber eine Renovierung wäre vielleicht mal nötig…Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen!
