Loved everything about this unit! It was very clean, well stocked with everything we might need. The location was perfect. The view of the beach was as good from the balcony as it was on the beach! Loved having chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely be back! The owner/host was quick and responsive and helped us out when a unit we had rented at a different property fell through!

This place is perfect location we love this property. It is so clean and the bed is so comfy.

The beach access is perfect and private and the view is breathtaking. We will always stay here when we go to Florida we have stayed here 3 times and love it! The owner is so friendly and helpful.

Clean & well appointed condo right on the beach! Nicely decorated with all the basics, but nothing extra. Would be great to include a parking pass for late arrivals that don’t have access to a printer & a few little touches such as beach towels & coffee pods often provided by other condo owners. Otherwise, comfortable stay in the perfect location!

2024 Spring Break

Perfect place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, comfy bed, great shower, short walk to the beautiful beach, and stores just up the road for groceries. Highly recommend!

Great location

We loved our stay. Condo was right on the beach. The beach was beautiful, free umbrella and chairs for use on the beach. We did wish there were restaurants within walking distance but hopefully we will stay here again.

The condo was perfect. It was well stocked, so clean and right on the beach. It was quiet and a fun place to spend New Years Eve. We had a great time on the beach and even saw dolphins! The sunset views were stunning. The old pier post were beautiful and added to the beautiful beach.

Perfect condo, great location

This is a great condo. Very attractively decorated, very comfortable, and very clean. Beautiful, direct view of the ever-changing ocean from the sliders and porch. Owner is super-responsive and we would absolutely rent here again! Thank you for taking so much care with the condo.

Very Clean and Comfortable

The property was as advertised! The shower/tub was very clean, which is a BIG deal. The sleeper sofa was not like your usual "feel every spring and bar", it had a very comfortable padding on it. The master bed was also very comfortable. We had a great experience overall!

Donna’s rental was just perfect for our first visit to Destin. We were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements for 1 adult and 2 kids and the central shower with laundry and two separate bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready at the same time. The unit is so clean and updated and has a gorgeous ocean view. The quality of all of the dishes and pans made it possible for us to enjoy the same meals we prepare at home. The instructions were easy to follow. We definitely will be back!
