The house was a nice home away from home. There are a lot of stairs but they are doable and safe for little ones when you use the child gate provided. Initially I was concerned about crossing the coastal highway, however the pedestrian crossing was directly in front of the condo and the boardwalk was a breeze. The beach was not crowded the second week of August. We made sweet memories! Cheers!

Absolutely wonderful host! Nicest welcome basket ever!! Elizabeth was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our week. The house is beautiful and we all loved how it was decorated. Everywhere you look there is something cute to look at. Our only real issue with the house was that we didn't know it was 4 stories high with the kitchen and living room on the top floor. My 77 year old parents had a very hard time with all the steps so many times a day. For a young family it is an amazing place to stay and having the beach right across the street was fantastic! The house comes with everything you need for a perfect day at the beach and the Turkish towels in the welcome basket were fantastic!

Elizabeth was awesome and very helpful from beginning to end..The home fit our family of 12 perfectly though, it had lots of steps we certainly got our workouts in. The Walk to the beach was as noted in the rental. It was close to Dewey beach and Rehobath beach so lots of things to do.
