Nice home in Sa Torre

Feudal villa with noble floors and bathrooms made of high-quality marble. You live in an upmarket residential area and in the beautiful garden you will find a spacious pool, a popular barbecue area and a practical open-air shower. From the master bedroom you can even catch a glimpse of the sea over the large bay of Palma. In summer, the pool remains half covered and can be fully covered and heated on request in the cooler months (at least 1 week before arrival + additional costs). Also the use of the jacuzzi. Gradations in the house. Decorative wood-burning stove. Discounted offer as a villa is being completed on a neighbouring property. On the covered terrace you can spend wonderful hours with your loved ones and enjoy your holiday outdoors. The brick barbecue and the garden bar will delight you. Enjoy a cosy aperitif there while the barbecue master sizzles the delicacies on the fire. Afterwards you can eat the delicious barbecue meals right next to it in the garden pavilion. All bedrooms have their own terrace. Golfers will find their happiness on the Majoris golf course, which is only 1 kilometre away. There are other golf courses in the neighbourhood. The island's capital Palma is also within easy reach and offers interesting sights, great restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities.

Top gepflegte Ferienvilla in toller Lage von Sa Torre und Blick auf die Bucht von Palma. Swimmingpool ist auch für Kinder sehr geeignet. Kücheneinrichtung ist großzügig dimensioniert. Alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden. Sowohl der Übergabeservice als auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Reinigung sowie die Zwischenreinigung sehr gründlich. Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.
