Active fun is what you will find in this prime location beach and oceanside of the desired Coligny area of Forest Beach Drive, HHI. The Breakers complex offers an oceanfront pool and children's pool, along with direct beach access. Walk to Coligny Plaza where you will find many shops, and restaurants, Pool Bar Jim's, Lowcountry Celebration Park, or bike on the many paths nearby. While you may not want to leave this location, golf, a dolphin cruise, and fishing tours are activities you may enjoy!

This cute beach themed one-bedroom one bath has a full kitchen, living area w/ sofa bed, washer, dryer and a balcony that has a peek of the ocean and of Coligny Beach Park. Beach chairs are included but bring your own beach towels. Linens & towels, starter set of TP, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner included.

Perfect condo for two

My husband and I stayed in Amy’s condo for three nights before meeting our family in Sea Pines. We have stayed in the Coligny area several times. Amy’s condo is on the beach and perfect for my husband and I.The area is very walkable to the restaurants in Coligny and of course to Pool Boy Jim’s on the beach. Amy’s condo was clean and comfortable. The condo was ready a few hours before 4:00. Amy was gracious enough to let us check in early:) Thanks again, Amy!

Nice little condo

Had a wonderful stay in unit 303 at the Breakers. We were there for a week in May. Condo is small and bedroom is tight - if you are the type of person who lives out of your suitcase on vacay, you’ll need to alter your plan. Plenty of storage space to unpack everything in bedroom. Bathroom is small and very tight on storage. I ended up keeping a lot of my toiletries in a box that I set on the closed toilet while getting ready. I have longer hair, so brought my own hairdryer and flat iron etc. however, a hair dryer was supplied with the condo. The owner has done a nice job of making the most of the available space. Nice hooks right outside the bathroom. TVs were more than adequate and a nice size. My only complaint would be that the little deck area needs spruced up. The outdoor carpet badly needs replaced and the owner supplied beach cart and chairs are stored on the deck which makes it pretty tight. We brought our own chairs (kept them in our car so we didn’t have to lug them up and down to the condo), so can’t comment on the condition of what was supplied. The deck was just a bit of a mess when we arrived due to the beach equipment and extra deck chairs. We organized it and made the best we could of it. Pool area and beach access was outstanding. Parking was not an issue, but we weren’t there in high season. I would not recommend trying to stay there with more than 2 people. Owner was very responsive and good to work with.

Visiting HHI since the 80's, we know the Coligney area of the island is very popular and active and attracts people of all ages for many reasons such as the walkability to restaurants, bars, shops, and of course the beach!

What makes this property unique

The location of our property is amazing, you will not have to cross a street to get to the beach-it is right there! While our balcony only gives a glimpse of the ocean, it has a tree view with a peek of Coligny Beach Park and you can hear the bands from the popular Tiki Hut.
