NO STREET or LAWN PARKING at any time as per ordinance.
ALL CARS must be parked in a paved or asphalt driveway and during winter conditions. Do not block snowplows or park anywhere on the street due to the possibility of being towed. CA state laws requires that you have snow chains in your vehicle during winter months. Review traffic and weather conditions prior to departure on highway 18, 38 and 330, to ensure no restrictions apply and carry chains.
Periodic power outages occur in Big Bear Lake especially if there is a storm. No refund will be provided for power outages, cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical or electrical failure, malfunction of spa, TV, or other equipment, or other factors beyond our control.

Housekeeping prepares this vacation home prior to your arrival to ensure the home is ready for your stay. Upon departure make sure to start the dishwasher, place towels in washer and close all windows and lights.

Simply providing a lockbox combo or keypad code is considered a violation of this requirement.
ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN with the agent and a valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in that matches the name on the booking. NO SELF CHECK-IN IS PERMITTED. Must SIGN GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY prior to entering cabin.
FOR IN PERSON CHECK-IN and 24/7 EMERGENCIES please contact the 24/7 agent ahead of your arrival and meet at 529 Pine Knot Avenue in Big Bear Lake. Late check-in can potentially affect the quality of your stay and our service and is not recommended.

You are required to leave the property in the same general condition as found, and to clean all food and drink spills immediately. Any malfunction is to be immediately reported.
