We truly appreciate your wonderful review. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re thrilled you had such a positive experience. You’re always welcome back!
Loved staying at Mandy's Mountain Chalet. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and the house has a nice flow to it. We were there during a July heatwave and it was helpful to have A/C for all the bedrooms. The middle floor did get muggy during the hottests parts of the day but still bearable, and we spent plenty of time in the common areas with fans. The surrounding area is stunning, Mount Snow is very close, and some great swimming holes. We mostly cooked but there are also restaurant options nearby. We were a party of four adults -- could see it being a bit tight above that. There are two bathrooms, but one shower. Overall, had an amazing experience and would happily stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at this East Dover VT home! It was quaint, cozy, and had plenty of space for our family of four to relax comfortably. The location was perfect—an easy drive to the ski mountains and into West Dover for dining and errands. The house was well set up for a family getaway, and everything was exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a convenient and comfortable Vermont getaway.
We had a very nice stay at Mandy’s Mountain Chalet. We had a nice lazy Christmas with TV and a lot of nice food :) maybe the pellet fireplace is not the coziest option, but it was definitely practical.

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. In the woods surrounded by trees for a nice secluded feel, the inside was very clean, cute and cozy. Miguel was very helpful for recomendations, we would definitely stay here again.
The overall experience was pleasent. House was warm and bathrooms worked. The kitchen has a surprising amount of utensils. The few times I needed to reach out to the owner he responded right away. I would stay again.

Thanks for the kind review. We would love to host you again!
If you are looking for a place that is quiet and private yet close to all things this is the location. During the day we adventured to Wilmington, Bennington, Rutland, Manchester, Killington and Brattleboro and came home to a firepit and smore's each night. The house is comfortable and as advertised. we'll be back again.
We had a great experience. Cozy, rustic, very Vermont experience. Great Sonos sound system. Great ability to set temp by room. We enjoyed the fit pit - tons of wood available. The home was clean, host was very responsive. One note: The twin bedroom is really best for kids. We made due with 5 adults but the bunks are build for kids. Four adults and two kids would fit perfectly in the home. A few more hand and face towels would be a nice add. We do it all again.
Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. House was as advertised, very clean and easy to get to. Would highly recommend. Look forwarded to booking a fall trip
