This is the worst experience in my whole trip. I reserved the house three days in advance, but nobody sent me the instruction. We started to contact the property manager at noon. I called him/her a couple times, but nobody picked up my phone. I called the customer service and told her my situation. She gave me the lockbox’s code. We arrived at the house around 5:40 pm. We got the keys using the code. Unfortunately, the key was wrong and could not open the door. We kept calling the property manager. Nobody still picked up. We called the customer service again and she gave me a host’s phone number. The host said she would come over in 5 minutes but came in 20 minutes. She did not apologize for her fault, but we didn’t have the strength to complain about it. We entered the house around 6:40 pm. The living room is very hot because it does not have A/C. Two bedrooms have the A/C, one bedroom has a window A/C. In addition, the water of shower is very cold. The host said we have to wait a couple minutes. 10 minutes later, the water becomes a little bit warmer, but still cold. We have to take a shower with ‘warmer’ water. The worst part I have to mention, the house located in a main road. The surrounding area is very noisy. We cannot fall asleep since the roar of traffic. This is a horrible house. It’s so disappointing I cannot even describe it.
