The Californian-style ‘Rêve Océan’ villa is located in a secure luxury residence just a 20-minute walk from the beach and offers the perfect relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Enjoy a fully air-conditioned house, a private heated swimming pool (from May to September) with no neighbours in sight, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course.
With a surface area of 125 m², it can comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with new bedding and a private shower room:
On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in shower, a dressing room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with two single beds and a private shower room.
There is a toilet upstairs and an additional one in the entrance hall.
The living room and open-plan kitchen are also air-conditioned and fully equipped for your comfort, so you will feel right at home!
The 8m x 4m swimming pool is completely private and heated (from May to September) and not overlooked.
