The property was as advertised and communication with the host was easy. The host was attentive and easily accessible. We arrived late and had access to the property. There were a lot shopping options in the area and easy access to highway. Also, distance to local attractions are reasonable as well. Close to airport as well.

Great stay. Came here with some friends and we enjoyed the location. Decor was nice and very homely. We didnā€™t spend as much time outside in the lounge area due to the heat but it was a nice set up. Walking distance from food and coffee places and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back.

Overall nice place , clean and convenient. Thought it was a whole house for privacy but someone lives upstairs. Even though there was never any problems with the tenant or neighbors. By the airport so it was a quick trek to the dwelling.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Reasonable quiet hours on the weekend so you can still have fun later in the evening without disturbing the peace. Responsive and kind host. Central to all that PR has to offer. Super efficient and ice cold AC.

The property is big, clean and very well distributed to host a big family. The area is nice and safe, and close to many stores and restaurants: supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store and more. Ilia was very responsive to our questions and very helpful before and after arrival. She even gave us a good list of things to do and best beaches to go to. I would return to this property without hesitation.

Puerto Rico

The house was very nice, very clean, and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was a close and easy drive to the major highways, restaurants, and the beautiful Old San Juan area. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We loved staying here!! The place looked exactly like the pictures, was super clean, and felt even bigger once we were inside. There was more than enough space for our group of 8. All the extra living rooms, the covered front porch, and the backyard were great hangout spots. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The air conditioning worked so well we put the extra blankets they left for us to use (and we visited in July). We were only 20 minutes from San Juan and no more than 30 minutes from any of our excursion pick-up sites, so it was super convenient to explore the island. Our hosts were super kind and responsive as well. Because of water scarcity on the island, they went out of their way to put some water jugs in the fridge for us, which was very nice. At one point, we couldnā€™t figure out an issue with the dryer, and they came immediately to fix it. We had a wonderful time staying here and canā€™t wait to book again!!

Everything was perfect, place was cleaned ,quiet and well organized. If i would suggest something it would be a pool because we couldn't find that, in the area. But we did really enjoy the stay.

This place is a fantastic property and it is exactly as advertised! The property owner is extremely accommodating, helpful, and considerate...exceptional experience and I will stay no where else when traveling with family or friends to PR Thank you Ilia for ALL and EVERYTHING you did for us during our stay...to others looking to go to PR with family or friends this is the place to book, proximity to San Juan, Airport, Beach, Food, and many other activities is within 5 to 30 minutes!

Everyone really enjoyed our stay! It was spacious and comfortable! Take Caution of the transition from the room to the dining area though, it was some what of a hazard, a small step that is not apparent to some! A trip hazard! Overall it was very nice!

Delighted to stay at Villa Teresa

The Villa Teresa was very clean with updated amenities. We had a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood seemed a little iffy, I would feel uncomfortable walking to any of the restaurants in the area. We felt safe at the Villa. We rented a car and if we ever did it again, I think we would stay at a hotel on the beach and forego the car rental. Driving was stressful, since we didn't speak spanish.

What an excellent host and a beautiful space. I traveled with my family of 7 varying in age from 89 to 8. Such a convenient and ample Basecamp. Close to everything. San Juan is right up the street and the rainforest is only about 30-40 minutes away. Plenty of parking. The neighbors were all super friendly. We all fit very comfortably and even had extra space to spread out when we needed. The host is super responsive and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. We will definitely be back.

This was rented for 10 adults, really just a place to stay together the night before our cruise. We all loved it!! It was comfortable, super clean, we all slept well, and the area was easily accessible from the airport and to the cruise terminal. There were 2 outdoor areas that were very nice to sit and visit. We all would have stayed there longer for a vacation in San Juan. If we are ever back, this is where we will stay! Thank you so much for having us!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. I had some issues with the air conditioning and it was resolved right away. Flexible check out time which was great since my flight was at 8:48pm. Location was great - short drive to touristy places. Only con I had was hot water - showers never got hot and slow showerhead even after replacement parts.

Beautiful Home

Absolutely beautiful home. This home was beautifully decorated for Easter and with inspiring quotes. I love the floors,kitchen,perfect bedrooms and bathrooms. This home is perfect for a large group. I travel with my family of 8 and we all were comfortable. Great communication with owner she answered all questions quickly. This home has everything you need cleaning supplies, kitchenware,blankets,beach toys,soap, toothpaste, even water and snacks. This home can easily fit up to 10 -12 people comfortably. Neighborhood super safe and with friendly neighbors. Check-in and check-out process super easy. Shopping and eateryā€™s are with walking distance. This home also has secured driveway enough space for a mini van. This home is about 10 minutes to the airport. I give this more then 5 stars absolutely amazing.
