Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet. Large terrace 2.40 m wide, facing south.

•On the second level: 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed and view of Mont Blanc, small balcony. Shower room with WC. Another bedroom in the attic with two beds for children.

From the Chemin de Brésy, access 35 metres on foot. As the chalet is located above the road, a path (packed snow) will allow you to access it directly from the road. A slight difference in altitude may make the path difficult for people with reduced mobility.


Equipment: TV, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, hairdryer, raclette machine. Sheets and towels not provided.

Electric heating to be adjusted on the day of departure according to actual consumption (metre display).
