Master bedroom with king bed on the third floor has unbeatable ocean views. The ocean will be the first thing you see every morning. Can even crack open the sliding glass door to the balcony to listen to the crashing waves as you drift off to sleep at night. Very spacious master bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom with walk in shower.

The third floor balcony provides the best views of the beach and ocean. The perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or tea and watch the amazing sunrises.

Main floor is on the second floor where the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom are located.

Huge kitchen area with ample counter space. Many kitchen amenities to choose from. Fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and much more.

Living room is furnished with very comfortable furniture to maximize your time to rest and relax. Smart TV with cable access to all major channels/networks to provide entertainment throughout your stay. Also, there is a desk area located in the living room for any work from home travelers that want to work with an ocean view.

The large sliding glass doors takes you out to the 2nd floor balcony with an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean.

The entrance brings you into the first floor where the two guest bedrooms are located as well as two full bathrooms.

The first guest room has a comfortable queen bed with adjoining ensuite full bathroom. Equipped with smart tv with access to cable networks as well as streaming apps. There is also a private desk area. The sliding glass doors take you out to front patio on the lawn level.

The second guest room provides two queen beds as well as a smart tv. Just down the hall is another full bathroom.

There is a washer and dryer on the first floor that can be used throughout your stay as needed.

The home provides high speed internet with excellent and reliable connection throughout the house. There is also central air conditioning and heat provided for every room.

We have for your use: beach chairs, beach towels, wake boards, and more beach accessories. We have several bicycles for your use to ride around the area. No need to pack up and travel with all your beach gear!

The community provides a large pool and hot tub with ample lounge chairs and tables. Just a very short walk from the unit you will be staying at.

Just a few minutes by walking, biking, or driving to groceries, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, putt-putt golf and more. Visit nearby Anastasia Island State Park or travel over one of the two bridges to visit the historic town of old St. Augustine (less than 10 minutes away).
