Cute Cottage Getaway - Walk to Downtown!

Wonderful cottage within walking distance to enjoy everything downtown Pensacola has to offer: gallery night, festivals, concerts, market days, parades, Ice flyers games, and Pensacon are all within walking distance! Very cute 1 bedroom 1 bath, light and bright though out. Front porch for relaxing afternoons. A few blocks away from the convention center!!! Take advantage of the 1940's diner called The Coffee Cup. It is around the corner on Cervantez St. Enjoy a little slice of history with your morning breakfast!
If you plan on bringing your pet with you during your stay we do charge a pet fee of $75 + tax that will be charged per pet. This payment can be taken over the phone before your arrival.
This cozy cottage was built in 1910 and has been remodeled! It features 2 TVs, a King Size bed, pull out sofa bed, and a kitchen with all the basic amenities to cook your own food! The location is ideal for Palafox St nightlife, hockey games, Pensacon, or any other convention center event.

15 min walk to downtown Palafox St, 5 min walk to Pensacola Bay Convention Center, and only a 15 min drive to Pensacola Beach! Lovely community garden around the corner to enjoy as well!

*Note* As of 28 March 21, repairs to the Pensacola Beach Bridge is expected to take until Memorial day. Detours to the beach are available, but will extend driving time.

Comfy Little Cottage

I was in town for an event at the conversation center. The location was great since we were just a few minutes away. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend bringing extra blankets if you tend to be cold like me. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this location.

Great value

House was clean. My only feedback is to have comforters for both beds. Property only has thin sheets and it was cold at night. And please provide more than one role of toilet paper. We are a family of four that stayed four days. We had to supply our own after the second day.
