The low-key life of our coastal village awaits you at this family-friendly condo, located just one block from the ocean in Sandbridge Beach.

Spacious and airy (over 1,700 square feet), A Dolphin’s Run is beautifully decorated with palm trees and wicker accents. It boasts a spacious primary suite with a jacuzzi tub, along with an in-ground swimming pool and off-street parking (note: no elevator). The condo is fully furnished with all the amenities you need to make your vacation dreams come true.

Enjoy a large TV in the great room and LCD TVs in each bedroom for entertainment, while the gourmet-style kitchen—with tile flooring and maple cabinets—offers a chef’s dream setup. Central air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay, and though the TV options are plenty, nothing rivals the view of a Sandbridge sunset from the deck.

Things to Know
NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
Brand new couch for the living room. Pictures on site reflect the new couch. Please, no smoking on the premises!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
