The Casa da Vinha is surrounded by magnificent vineyards. This charming villa with swimming pool is located on top of the hill of Carvoeiro. On the generously laid out plot you can enjoy the absolute quiet in a magnificent natural landscape.

The modern designed house is laid out on a ground floor level and has air conditioning. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

The open plan living and kitchen with all appliances, has sofas, UK TV and dining table for 6 persons.

Large glass doors provide plenty of natural light.

Outside you will find a fantastic swimming pool (5x9m) with a surrounding terrace, outdoor shower and a sun bed area. A BBQ with seating and dining area guarantees a cozy get-together with the family or friends.

A staircase leads to a small terrace which offers a spectacular view over the Monchique mountains to the Atlantic.

By car you are only 10 minutes away from the picturesque tourist town of Carvoeiro, which is full of life in the summer. The beach of the same name is located right in the center of the village. Restaurants, bars and many small shops invite you to linger and stroll. Supermarkets such as Intermarché and Apolónia are also within easy reach by car.

From Carvoeiro you can explore the Algarve in all directions. We recommend you to visit our region with its many beaches and beautiful places with a rental car. In high season, the Algarve holds daily cultural events, especially during the evening hours.

Peaceful relaxing and stunning views

Fab location for carvoeiro, ferragudo and lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby. Modern villa built around original stone cottage. Views amazing, very quiet and peaceful and pool and outdoor area beautiful. Owner easy to communicate with and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Serene, modern, beautiful location in Algarve

This house on the vineyard was fantastic! Antonio was very helpful in recommending restaurants that suited our tastes (be sure to try Mar d’Fora, which has exceptional seafood and overlooks the sea!). The house was clean and modern with everything we needed. We paid for the pool to be heated since we visited mid-March, and used it almost every day. The property is gorgeous with a rooftop spot to enjoy the wine from the vineyard that was given to us. We were able to travel to so many towns in the Algarve by car, none more than 45 minutes away or so. We are definitely returning to this gem in the future.

What a villa. Clean, modern, spacious, quiet and secluded but within walking distance of Carvoeiro.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful villa. The October weather was lovely and warm all week. Our two teenage boys (13 and 15) loved the pool and we didn’t worry about the noise they made as we were off the beaten track. Situated in the middle of a vineyard (wine delicious) with panoramic views of their lovely part of the world, we really got was way from it all. Carvoeiro is a beautiful town, a lovely amount of bustle in the warm evenings, boat trip and board walk highly recommended. Plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The hill walk back up helps burn off the calories, but isn’t a hill all the way so quite manageable for us. Antonio was the most attentive and patient host, nothing too much trouble, really felt we were in very safe hands. Highly recommend this villa and the location.

Exactly what we were looking for....

Based on the website and reviews we headed to Portugal resigned to having to quarantine for two weeks when we got back...we just hoped it would be worth it! It didn’t disappoint... the villa is located in the peace & quiet of vineyards but only a 20 minute walk from town (just be careful you know which track to come back on!). The views are stunning & the property is on one of the highest local points with countryside all round as well as a sea view. The inside is modern, spacious & tastefully decorated but importantly felt Covid safe & clean. Firm beds and clean white laundry. Kitchen well equipt as well as a separate utility room. It is just as the pictures suggest. The terrace is wonderful with the option of loungers, chairs or a seated dining area under a gazebo. We were advised the pool might be fresh so could heat it for an additional charge but in fact it was quite warm enough - especially after keeping the pool cover on for a couple of nights. We made a rookie error by accepting a free upgrade on our rental car from Avis for something bigger... it turned out to be an 8 seater minibus which was a bit tight getting into the grounds of the villa! 😂 To make the most of the area you do need a car though. We’ve been coming to this part of Portugal for 20 years & this was our favourite property to date. We will definitely return. Antonio was a delight to deal with & although we didn’t need his help at any point he was always quick to respond to messages so we sensed he’d sort any problems if we had any. Antonio - thank you so much! It was just fabulous & we hope to see you again very soon.

Ein Stück Frieden auf Erden…

Wir haben ein Ruheoase gesucht und gefunden. Für uns war die Lage der Ferienwohnung ideal. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Lande - man konnte die Privatsphäre u Ruhe sehr gut genießen und entspannen… Perfekten Blick in die Natur - auf die Weinberge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Antonio ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, netter und äußerst zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er konnte uns viele wertvolle Tips bezüglich Gastronomie, Strände und Ausflüge nennen. Außerdem gab es zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche Weißwein vom eigenen Gut. Danke! Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal kommen.

Maison très confortable, et très bien équipé, parfait pour des vacances au calme, restant à 5mn des commerces et activités balnéaires. Antonio très disponible même si nous avons eu un petit loupé à la prise des clés. Précision : chemin d'accès un peu "juste" pour les gros SUV, mais ça passe 😀

Familienurlaub zu 5. an der Algarve

Wir haben 9 Nächte in der Casa da Vinha verbracht. Es hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es ist ein super Haus mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Die Lage ist perfekt zum entspannen, aber auch um innerhalb kurzer Zeit die schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen. António ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich und zuverlässig ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Et fantastisk sted

Dette var en helt fantastisk bolig med alt det vi kunne tenke oss. Flott uteplass med basseng, beliggenhet i en vinåker så perfekt hvis man ikke ønsker naboer tett på seg. Huset var stilrent og inneholdt alt vi ønsket.

This Property was ABSOLUTELY the Perfect Choice for us. Beautiful Home, Excellent Location set High atop the Hill with a Gorgeous View of the Vineyard only steps from Front and Back doors.
