We had pretty much everything we needed! The host was super attentive and communicative. Great location / gateway spot for a cabin experience. Came for an anniversary trip and it was such a cozy, cute spot with modern fixtures. 100% would recommend. Love the view from the 2nd bedroom and watching the sunrise in the mornings. We even had tasty cookies waiting for us! Great touch.

Beautiful Property and Cabins

We had a wonderful girls getaway. The cabin was beautiful and was so fun to stay in. It was upscale and they thought of everything you would need. The property was also nice! I will stay here again.

Cozy Christmas Cabin

We spent Christmas here at the cabin and it was such a calming and cozy stay. There was so much attention to detail and we marveled at the owners’ style and creativity. We enjoyed the quiet running creek water just outside the door.

Beautiful & Serene

The cabin was just as pictured. It was far enough in the woods to be serene and relaxing. It had great updated decorations and accommodations such as refrigerator and coffee pot. The beds were comfortable. All of us enjoyed the kayaking!

Beautiful Property for R&R

My partner and I spent three days on the property. We needed a few days of R&R and we loved spending our time here. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The place had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and communicated timely with helpful information and resources for our stay. We did venture out to Waco a bit and the distance was just right. We hope to stay again soon!

I wasn’t aware of the wifi being unavailable or the lack of a televisionOnly one iPhone at a time for 5 minutes and kept dropping work stuffOther than that I would stay againDon’t bring a boat, the roads are to narrow for that…it was almost impossible to navigate

Best rest

We had the best time ever, so peaceful. We loved that most of the places we visited were 10 to 15 minutes away. The weather was perfect for a day in the jacuzzi, it was a little bit dirty on the sides but we clean it with a towel. We definitely go back! Thank you

Wow!!

I brought my mother here as a surprise get away and as soon as we walked in she was instantly in tears. Talk about beautiful! The property owners have thought about all of the details to make our stay absolutely so relaxing!

The house was very cozy, and mostly well kept. A few outdoor lights and a door handle to a closet were broken. They don’t use firewood in the fire pit and it’s not really disclosed. They charge 22 for a bag of wood pellets that burns for 30-40 min. Kind of excessive imo. The extras offered were nice and well thought out. (It was our anniversary and I got the romance package). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Weekend

Came for a two day birthday weekend with my wife. Enjoyed the scenery, the modern look and feel of the cabins (and surrounding properties), and the ease of the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend it, and will stay again if ever in Waco.
