Located on the 5th floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists is a 2-bedrooms with 2 comfortable double beds, closets, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room with dining table and TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.



Neighborhood



The tram and train station are very close to the apartment, shops, restaurants, fast restorations, cinema, very typical Liberation Market, the most important of Nice at 5 minutes walking every day except Monday.

The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are about a 20-minute walk away.

Walking down the Jean Medecin Avenue you will reach Place Masséna, a magnificent square with illuminated statues in the evening, and crossing the square you will arrive directly in the Old Town, a not be missed district with a very good animation especially in the evening with its pubs, restaurants, and you can discover the morning flower market Cours SALEYA, except Monday.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and then you can take the line 1 until Libération.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 10 minutes away by walking, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. The best one would be Parking Jeanne d’Arc which is 900m away.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
