THE CONDO: The layout of our condo is perfect for groups because you have multiple areas ideal for spending time together, with separate space for unwinding, doing homework or catching up on emails. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are great for sharing meals, sunsets and games, and the living room has huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to the southwest-facing screened lanai overlooking the beauty of the wetlands. The primary bedroom (with en suite bathroom) occupies the whole left side of the condo and includes a door to the huge screen porch, which is perfectly furnished for relaxation. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and family bathroom are laid out on the other side of the living spaces, providing plenty of privacy for friends or multi-generational families. Both bedrooms include doors to the other lanai, which is furnished for casual meals or working from the computer while enjoying the view and the breeze. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, and pots & pans for cooking, and we'll send you a big list of our favorite restaurants and activities after you book! Great place, nice spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. Had good contact with the owner / landlord in the run-up to our stay. On arrival there were a few small points that were resolved within a day by the owner.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone to stay
We loved the unit, nice design and beautiful furniture and decorating. Unfortunately roof work was being done and made the beautiful balcony less desirable. Hosts were great and very accommodating. We would book again in this unit in a heartbeat.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cape harbour! Mike’s condo is great even better in person than the photos. We really enjoyed sitting in the second open air balcony. Only a handful of other condos had this feature. Cape Harbour has great amenities. The pool area is very easy to get to and wasn’t too busy. The dockside juicery by the pool has incredible smoothie bowls and fresh juices. We will definitely be back to stay in Mikes condo. Thanks again for such a great stay!

Cape Harbour is a wonderful place to stay, shop and eat. This condo is fantastic and has everything you would need for you and your family. The view is stunning and you can watch the canal and the boats right from your patio. We would love to stay here again.
Wonderful condo with water views facing Sanibel Island. Fantastic large terrace, in addition to two screened in patio rooms. Located within walking distance of several dining choices, most of them located on the water. Condo has very high end furnishings, you can tell that it is not just a rental unit. The condo is very quiet and you cannot hear the neighbors inside at all. You can watch the boats being launched right from your patio!! Try the dolphin tour at Cape Harbour, you will not be disappointed. Beaches were a reasonable distance, one 10 minutes away, but our favorite Sanibel Bowmans beach about 35 minutes. Beach Chairs and Beach towels were all provided. We plan to be back.
