This is the 2nd year in a row that we have enjoyed a family vacation while staying at this property. We had 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. The quality and location of the home is wonderful, and these are the main reasons that we returned (plus we love the family atmosphere at Bethany Beach). The arrangements of the bedrooms and bathrooms provided each of us our own personal areas to relax and rejuvenate. We also enjoyed the wonderful screened in porch, as well as the kitchen area. We hope to return in 2027!!

great Bethany beach house

The weather did not cooperate, but this spot was ideal - a block away from the beach and 3 blocks in to downtown bethany. beds were comfortable, fans in every room, a nice outdoor shower and plenty of space.

Wonderful stay

We had a group of 9 friends enjoying Bethany for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect. The location was amazing…easy to walk to the beach and shops. The house was clean and very spacious. We hope to come back for a visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at your home! It is a perfect location for beachgoers since it is on the beach block and close to downtown. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could want. Every room was furnished with a beautiful, beach theme and we used the screened in porch almost every morning and evening. Thank you for the many beach chairs, wagon for beach supplies , sand toys, etc. We will definitely return to this ideal home.

Bethany Beach

Great location for the kids to walk to the beach and boardwalk, decks were outstanding. Had some trouble with the internet but only when watching live TV all other apps worked well. Could use some updating but understand that's rented all summer long. Host communication was great!

First time staying and perfect for family of 8 including one child 8yrs old. Matched online listing: a very cute, fresh-looking beach house in one of the prettiest areas, very clean, clutter-free inside and outside areas, Thoughtful and generous touches. Everything worked. Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this great house! The pictures don’t do it justice—it was clean, well-equipped, had lots of room for our two families and was the perfect location to the beach and downtown Bethany! We stayed here for two nights with another family for a soccer tournament and we all wished we had stayed longer to take full advantage of being right by the beach. The house was well maintained and worked great as a home base.

A Fantastic Intro to Bethany Beach

This was my family's first visit to Bethany Beach and we could not have chosen a better or more beautiful home and location. The Wellington Parkway rental had everything we needed: the home was spotless, the block was perfect--just a short walk to the beach, the top deck was ideal for "happy hour" and the main floor, screened porch was perfect for dinner. I am already looking forward to a return visit. Many thanks to our gracious hosts for opening their lovely home to us!
