We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy the beach while still having a nice, peaceful place to come back to.Our family really enjoyed our time here, and the house was a great fit for us. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Its a great place to stay. However, if you have trouble with steps, not recommended. A lot of steps and some are steep. Other than its a perfect location. Great and quiet beach. Love it!

Great beach house

If you’re looking for a restful vacation spot, this is it. The area is fairly quiet and peaceful. The house does have a lot of narrow steps and only the bottom floor can access the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cannot beat the location. Even with a rainy week, the proximity to the water made it easy to take advantage of the times the weather did cooperate. There was a roof leak on our first day and the owner got it taken care of super fast and the rest of the week was issue-free.

Too many steep stairs

The duplex really needs renovated. The floors are very uneven. It needs new sliding doors as the frames are in very bad shape, very hard to open and close . The decks need updated also. It needs fumigated as we killed 8 large roaches. The kitchen was updated and had nice appliances and bathrooms were fine. The first two days we didn’t have any functioning air conditioning. I understand the unit is going to be replaced.

The house was nice, but we were there during a severe thunderstorm. (We had made our reservations weeks prior to our stay with no idea bad weather was coming.) As stated in the listing, there were no paper products or towels, but the roof leaked and we were expected to use our personal towels or clean it up with just a mop - but no bucket. The management company did not offer to bring towels. We did put out dishes to catch the water, but one spot leaked through the night. Someone was supposed to come look at it but no one ever did. The following day everything was dry. After we washed the dishes we used, the only evidence of the problem was the spots on the ceiling and under the slider (and the wet rug). We realize this wasn’t the owner’s fault. The view was phenomenal with amazing sunrises, and the proximity to the drive-on-the-beach access was very convenient. Although we enjoyed most of our stay, we were disappointed in the management company for their lack of support or compensation for this problem.
