The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Cortona, 280 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The accommodation is surrounded by the green of the Valdichiana. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
