Golf, swim in your own private pool, go to the beaches or just relax on vacation! Spectacular 2 bed, 2 bath + office/bedrm villa in “bundled golf” community of Cedar Hammock in Naples Florida. The attached side-by-side villa (1750 sq ft) has screened in “PRIVATE HEATED POOL AND JACCUZI“ overlooking the 6th fairway. Spacious, comfortable, completely furnished, open concept living and dining. Plenty of space to spread out for inside/outside dining and entertaining. Enjoy quiet, beautiful sunsets from the large covered lanai with BBQ. SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 6.

Main living areas have tile floors for easy cleaning. Living room has huge leather sofa with 2 separate reclining chairs. Dining room seats 6. Updated kitchen has large eat-in counter while kitchen nook and lanai will seat 4 each. Kitchen has all amenities.

Master bedroom has king bed with attached bath, extra-large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed and office with desk/chair has queen Murphy bed. Bright 2nd full bath. Bedrooms/office have LVP flooring and have lots of storage and closets.

All rooms have ceiling fans. 65” Smart TV in living room, 55” Smart TV in master bedroom and 32” Smart TV in guest bedroom. Laundry Room and A/C. Parking in garage for 1 vehicle with additional parking on driveway (NO TRUCKS)

Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club is a 24 hour guarded and gated community located approximately 15+ minutes from downtown Old Naples, Marco Island & beaches with easy access to HWY 75. 30 minutes to Ft Myers Airport. Tenants may golf if membership is transferred (for additional $250 - fee subject to change based on Association fee). Once membership is transferred, tenant may golf at a reduced rate. Designed by Lewis and Azinger, the golf course is a private, challenging (recently renovated) and beautifully manicured 18 holes, par 72, 6,680 yards, 73.2 rating and 139 slope. Putting, chipping and aqua driving range, 20, 000 sq ft clubhouse with dining and lounge, tennis, workout facility and Pro shop. Large community pool, jacuzzi and jogging/walking/biking trails

Vacation at Cedar Hammock

This villa is extremely nice. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is very clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed the private pool. Mornings watching the deer, rabbits, and racoons were very relaxing. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental for your vacation plans.
