LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. A short walk from the beach, this renovated three-bedroom, two-bath house with a heated pool offers a stay and experience unlike any other.
Fully updated with modern and untouched coastal furnishings. An equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and eat-in dining for your family gatherings. Remodeled bathrooms that provide a spa-like experience.
This home also features a large lanai that’s furnished with two wall mounted Smart TVs, and additonal dining table with ample seating.
The backyard includes a gas grill, newly installed pool, and movable and relaxing pool recliners.
The spacious poolside cabana is a perfect hangout area for the kids or a welcome reprieve for the adults. It features a bar and fridge, couch, and smart TV.
We also have four bikes with helmets. Grab the backpack beach chairs and some towels and take a five minute stroll to the beach. Come join us in paradise!

Our home combines the best of Naples living—an easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach, a private heated pool, and a spacious poolside cabana perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy relaxing in the front or back screened lanai. Freshly remodeled with a coastal-modern feel, the home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including bikes and beach gear. Best of all, we personally manage the property, so our guests receive attentive, personal service from booking through checkout.
