LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. A short walk from the beach, this renovated three-bedroom, two-bath house with a heated pool offers a stay and experience unlike any other.

Fully updated with modern and untouched coastal furnishings. An equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and eat-in dining for your family gatherings. Remodeled bathrooms that provide a spa-like experience.

This home also features a large lanai that’s furnished with two wall mounted Smart TVs, and additonal dining table with ample seating.

The backyard includes a gas grill, newly installed pool, and movable and relaxing pool recliners.

The spacious poolside cabana is a perfect hangout area for the kids or a welcome reprieve for the adults. It features a bar and fridge, couch, and smart TV.

We also have four bikes with helmets. Grab the backpack beach chairs and some towels and take a five minute stroll to the beach. Come join us in paradise!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Jamie’s beautiful home. We have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals over the years and this ranks very high (if not highest) on our list.1) Perfect location. In a quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to amazing beaches. We rode the bikes (that Jamie supplies) to the beach 2-3 times per day. 2) Such a clean, comfortable, well stocked, and well decorated home. Another reviewer describes the decor as “adorable” and that description resonated for me all week. So many nice little touches that made me smile and relax. 3) The pool area and screened in porch were comfortable, private, and so cute. The weather was hot and a float in the pool after a long day at the beach was so refreshing. 4) Jamie is amazing. Responsive and kind. We definitely plan to return. Wholeheartedly recommend!!!

Delightful home and experience

This is a delightfully cute and cozy home that is close to the beach yet in a nice quiet and secluded neighborhood. Everything was close by (shops & restaurants), and honestly, the home was equipped with everything we needed plus more. This was a great stay for my birthday with my family including two little ones. The hosts were amazing and extremely responsive and the small details in the home made our stay exceptionally comfortable. There are bikes and things to use at the beach. The kids loved the pool. The screened-in porch has two tv's in front of the hot tub which was also cool! I have stayed at many places in Florida and this has to be by far the best experience I have had. I look forward to coming back soon!

Perfect Stay

The pictures online were detailed but everything was even better in person. The home is gorgeously remodeled and decorated and did not miss any details. They had everything available that we needed, plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. Everything else needed for the beach was provided too (toys, umbrellas, chairs, cart, even the bikes to get us there). The beach was so close, we even walked. The kitchen was great for cooking and had all the utensils and dishes. The cabana next to the amazing pool was a major bonus, it was so relaxing and cozy. Even though it was not air conditioned, opening the sliding door and overhead garage made for a relaxing retreat to get away from the house. The mattresses were the most comfortable we have slept on. Jamie and Christine were so responsive and did not miss any details. We can't wait to go back!

Highly Recommend

My family and I visit Naples (the Naples Park/Vanderbilt Beach area, in particular) every summer and this has been our favorite home yet. It felt inviting and very well cared for. It was organized, perfectly clean, and better stocked than anywhere else I have stayed before. On other trips, I have had to go and purchase my own soap, toilet paper, etc. after the little bit provided ran out but I never felt in need of anything here. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare our many meals, and the location itself was close to a multitude of restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was perfect for us (we have 2 young kids so the large ledge was wonderful) and the beach was a 5 minute drive away. It was like a home away from home, and we plan to go back. Thank you, Jamie and Christine!

Super Beach House!

My family really loved our stay at this comfortable, well-appointed, fully-stocked home in beautiful Naples! There were no negative points to list, so here are all the "pros": 1) Communications and support from the Owner, Jamie, was timely and helpful. We had a minor issue with the front door lock. Jamie was very helpful and provided an easy workaround, with no impact to our stay! 2) Listing was accurate and informative. 3) Once on property, the supplies available well exceeded the listing and our expectations. Full bath amenities, shampoo, etc. were available when we arrived. Plenty of clean towels, etc. Kitchen had a full complement on utensils, basic cooking supplies, etc. 4) Pool and beach house were outstanding! Bicycles were available with helmets for all. 5) Beautifully appointed, clean, recently renovated house. Very comfortable. Mattresses are memory foam and were very comfortable! Air conditioning system worked flawlessly. Wi-fi was excellent. Large HGTVs in family room and master bedroom. 6) Location is fantastic! 2 minute drive to beach access! Neighborhood is quiet. 7) We loved this house and would love to book here again on our next visit to Naples!

Awesome Place!

We had an amazing vacation at Jamie’s place! The house is even better in person and they have everything you need for the pool and beach! The beach is a really short drive and we were able to park in the Vanderbilt beach parking deck each time with no issues! The screened in porches were nice for morning coffee and dinners while listening to music or watching tv. GREAT are and we would go back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful home in a beautiful area with great owners!

We loved every aspect of this rental. We stayed for eight days, and everything was perfect. The home and pool were clean with updated styling. The rooms were a good size, and there were plenty of areas to sit and relax, both indoors and out. The location was spectacular, near many great restaurants, beaches, and other attractions we enjoy. Finally, the owners were amazing. They were proactive in reaching out to us ahead of our stay and solved any minor concerns we had when at the property. Just a wonderful overall experience.

We are close to retirement from the great state of South Dakota. We admit the winters in SD get to be unbearable but that is the one of the many reasons we love coming to Naples. We find Naples is always a friendly and sunny destination and enjoy visiting anytime of the year. We recently purchased this home and completely remodeled it. It's our favorite place and will share it just a few times of the year when we are not able to be there.
