Come stay awhile in our luxury designer home with the most incredible views of the Breckenridge ski runs and immediate access to everything you need. It is in town right at the corner of French and Main and has all the luxurious comfort amenities for an extended stay including a highend Jura coffee maker, Tempur-pedic mattresses and luxury bedding, Viking appliances, smart TVs in every room, a projector movie media room, hot tub and even a portable desk if needed for work.

The host will personally meet you there if needed to make moving in a breeze. Enjoy your extended stay at one of Breckenridge's prized locations within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the bike path and the gondola. Reminder that absolutely no dogs, cats or any animals allowed. Service animals require state license paperwork, no exceptions. Legal paperwork must be uploaded & verified by owner before booking.

Beautiful home in perfect location!

What a perfect location!! Our family had an amazing stay in this beautiful home while visiting Breckenridge. The house is walking distance to everything in town including shops, breweries, restaurants, the bike paths and gondolas and even groceries. Liz was so sweet to work with and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well. We were welcomed with an amazing basket of goodies and champagne, which was much appreciated since our flight was delayed and we were exhausted. The mountain views from the living room and porch are absolutely breathtaking!! The home is decorated so cute. The hot tub was great after days filled with fun adventures. And our girls loved watching movies at night in the theatre room. We had the best time in Breckenridge and none of us wanted to leave this wonderful home!!

Great time at "BreckenChill"

This was a great house, very nicely decorated, lots of kitchenware (superb Jura coffee maker!), blankets to curl up with on the sofa, really nice amenities. The owners were great about guests being able to use available condiments and the washer/dryer. We like to cook so it was especially nice not to have to buy simple condiments for meals. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Great view of the mountains! Guests should be aware of the proximity to Main Street traffic. We wanted to be close to Main Street to walk everywhere so knew what we were signing up for, and the owners even point this out. But if you are going to Breck for quiet, you'll need to keep the windows closed. The owners have provided noise machines to help at night, and awesome fans in every room. This beautiful home has everything you need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you BreckenChill!

Why they chose this property

Our highend property is in the most desirable location within walking distance to everything you want to do, restaurants, rentals, shopping, the gondola and the beautiful walking/bike path along the river. It is so close to the Breck Rec & Tennis Center and also right down the road from the Breckenridge Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. But the most fabulous part of our luxury property is to wake up every morning and have your coffee, admiring breathtaking views of Breckenridge Mountain. Relax and enjoy your luxury extended stay with us!
