This was our second stay at this home, and we’ll definitely be back! The house has everything our family needs and is the perfect size for a relaxing vacation. It’s just a short drive to the beach, which makes it incredibly convenient.One of our favorite features is the pool—it’s the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The home is always spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.The communication with the owner is outstanding. Just the right amount of space for us. Plenty of parking. Fur babies loved the fenced in yard. We had a great time!Would suggest a hand rail to assist pool entry/departure and some type of labeling as far as water depth as far as safety features go.

We had a great time staying at this house. The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice little pool to enjoy as well. The house was just a quick drive to a drive-on beach access, so we were able to get to the beach in about 5 minutes. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing stay - again!

Absolutely lovely home. Very clean in a nice neighborhood for walking and not far from the beach. A nice pool and fenced in yard for our dogs. Close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Downtown St Augustine about 25 min away. Other areas for dining and shopping about the same driving time. David and Jen replied to messages quickly. Thank you for hosting us.

Great home and location!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location to enjoy St. Augustine area and have a nice quiet retreat in the evenings. Our pup loved the freedom of a yard and we were very comfortable. The home has everything we needed and the hosts were excellent communicating with us! Hope to come back with our 3 kids next time. So much in the area our kids would have enjoyed too!
