Casa Paz is a brand new modern coastal home that will take your breath away with its attention to detail in the architecture and design. This 6 bedroom / 8 bath home can accommodate up to 18 people. It is in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf Trace. Forget overcrowded beaches! This neighborhood beach is the most secluded beach on 30A and it is completely surrounded the beautiful Grayton Beach State Park. You can setup your chairs on the beach without any restrictions. The house sits 100 steps from the private deeded beach. Casa Paz distinguishes itself with elegance and sophistication, open spaces, grandiose 10’ sliding glass doors throughout first and second floors, plenty of covered outdoor areas to enjoy the large pool and jacuzzi, and breathtaking gulf views from the large 3rd floor viewing deck. Carefully selected artwork and designer lighting fixtures adorn the home like jewel and provide a soothing effect in each room. Casa Paz has 6 bedrooms; 5 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two full bunkbeds (4 beds). Each room has a one of a kind private bathroom.

The grand living room with 12’ ceilings with an electric fireplace allow you to set the right ambiance anytime. The two living room seating areas provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoor pool views through the majestic sliding glass doors or to simply lay back and watch TV in the 70” flat screen. There’s a half bathroom around the downstairs common areas for convenience.

The Chef’s kitchen features top of the line induction stove, twin fridge and freezer combo, wine cooler, two dishwashers, warming tray and all the necessary cookware, so you can enjoy your time there. The ample kitchen island provides plenty of seating.

Around the corner, you will find a spacious laundry with 2 double-stack Samsung washers and dryers to keep all those beach towels dry.

The modern coastal dining table comfortably sits 10 people. The dining room sliding glass doors lead to the beautiful outdoor oasis featuring a luxurious outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, refrigerator, icemaker, dining room set and a flat-screen TV.

The large 16 x 35 ft pool is one of the most marvelous features of the outdoor space, with LED lights, and a water feature. The heated pool has a 7ft x 7ft hot tub* and includes a tanning shelf with umbrella. A half bath and outdoor shower allows you to enjoy the outdoors without having to come into the house. An optional pool heating fee applies from Oct to Mar.

The second floor features a second living room area with a 70” TV, wet bar sink, ice machine and mini fridge. The sliding glass doors take you to another outdoor seating area and the spiral stairs that will take you to the 3rd floor viewing deck.

The covered 3rd floor viewing deck has an outdoor living room with seating for 7 and invites you to experience the breathtaking coastal views and unforgettable sunsets of the Grayton National Park.

The house also includes a full home power backup using 4 Tesla batteries to minimize any disruptions during your vacation in case of a power outage. An electric vehicle charging station is included inside the 2 car garage.

This property is phenomenal! Great location to the beach. Beach wagon and chairs so helpful. The pool is perfect- out of view from neighbors and plenty big enough for all our family. Great outdoor seating areas to relax. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for vacation cooking and outdoor dining. Everyone loved the ice machine. So many refrigerators we couldn’t fill them. Overall an amazing place to stay with a big group. Will stay again if possible.

This home and location were amazing. The spacious home and fabulous pool exceeded expectations. Everything was impeccable. The location to the beach was an easy walk and never crowded. No need to get up early to stake your claim! Never crowded, all amenities close by and just fabulous. Host very responsive to questions but we had no concerns because everything was great. Beautiful property - everything perfect!

Our stay at Casa Paz was perfect! We had a group of 18 (5 families). The property was in a great location- easy walk to the beach and far enough away from hustle of seaside traffic but super easy to get to downtown seaside by bike. The house itself was absolutely chic and gorgeous. The pictures were every bit true (maybe didn’t do the house justice even). Spacious and open for our families to spread out. Spent lots of time at the pool and out door patio watching kids swim while watching March madness and snacking! Natalia was super easy to work with and great communication. I would absolutely love to stay here again! It was a fantastic week!

Everything about this experience was amazing! This was the most remarkable VRBO we have stayed in many. The home is stunning and well equipped. We loved that all but one room had a king bed and a private bath. That was very important to our group! Pool and hot tub were loads of fun and all of the guys enjoyed the basketball goal. The living space is very open and the kitchen is as well. They offer a cart you can use to take to the beach along with several different chairs. I can confidently recommend! Very private as well.

This property was fantastic. The design elements of this home were well thought out and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The neighborhood was private and friendly. The beach was outstanding with no overcrowding and about 2 rows from the house. The house has everything you could want already there. From beach chairs, boogie boards and even small waffle makers for the kids! The in ground pool was our place to end the afternoon after the beach and before dinner. The views and the breeze from the crowd nest were amazing as well. We highly recommend staying here. The owners are super helpful and you won’t regret staying here for your beach week. Lovely stay

Our group had a great stay at this house! It was extremely clean, well decorated and spacious - overall, a beautiful home. The location and community were absolutely wonderful, with a quiet, not packed beach, which is hard to find these days. We were a group of two families with 5 kids under 5. Natalia, the host, was great to work with as well. Would definitely stay here again!
