Swim and launch your kayaks and canoes just down the hill where the Sheepscot and the Dyer rivers meet. This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a screened in porch for outdoor living and a wood burning fireplace inside for those chilly days. The home is conveniently located an easy 5 mile drive from Wiscasset and a 7.5 miles from Damariscotta.
