Perfect spot for our Denver getaway. Home was exceptionally clean. Very well stocked with supplies. Check in was easy. It is street parking but we never had a problem in 4 days of coming and going finding a close spot. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great property with beautiful views of the mountains at sunset. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed and with an amazing kitchen, this is the perfect location as a launch point for other activities and to meet up with friends for a getaway.

Great location to the Red Rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Very modern and new. We will definitely try to stay here for our next visit to Denver. (One note: If stairs are a concern please note that the second bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs.) We had a wonderful visit

Chris's property was perfect for our stay. The kitchen had every utensil you could want. The first floor was spacious. The bedroom on the second and third floor provided privacy. The rooftop patio outside the third floorbedroom had a mountain view.

We really enjoyed our stay because we had the basics available in the house. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils and comforts to make our stay memorable and so comfortable. We especially loved the fireplace and the sofa for our periods of rest and chill out time. The beds were so comfortable which is a reason to stay. We loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was.

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. No more than a couple hours drive to some great locations to explore. Would love to stay again some time and do some more exploring.
