Warning!!!!! Don’t stay here

This place is total trash. Once you arrive the neighbors on each side of this home will warn you to not stay there because it is horrible. This is not a rental. This is a home lived in until the homeowner rents it out on a listing then she leaves the home while it’s rented. The worst listing on Vrbo I have ever encountered. I didn’t stay there and lost all my money. Warning!!!!! Don’t rent this garbage can

Homeowners beware: I have never been physically and verbally assaulted on one of my properties, until this guest. Every issue he retorted (locks not locking, smell in the house) was immediately, professionally resolved. Due to his aggression and unnecessary problematic reservation, I would never let this man on any of my properties again. Hostile. Aggressive. Should not be allowed to rent anywhere but hotels with security present.

Needs some work

When we got there, the code didn't work, but the owner fixed it promptly. We found an open protein shake on the desk in the upstairs room; this makes us question the cleaning process. The bed in the common room is a significant round love sack type of bed and is ok for young kids/people. The sliver ware was stained and not appealing to eat off of. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we got there. The shower head in the master BR is broken so you cannot mount it while showering. The hot tub was full off dirty foam and soap scum. This was brought to the attention of the manager and someone was sent to clean it but that really didn’t fix the problem. The hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned. We were not able to use it. The property has potential to be a nice place for a family to rent after these things are fixed. I would say for adults that want to sleep on comfortable beds there is a king, a queen, and a twin bed. The futon could accommodate one adult. If my trip was for pleasure I would not have been satisfied with the stay.
