This comfortable semi-detached house with terrace and spacious garden is located in the center of Harlesiel in the immediate vicinity of the marina. Spend your vacation in a cozy ambience and use the numerous opportunities for relaxation. Explore the region by bike or on foot. In just a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach and the ferry port to the island of Wangerooge and the seal banks. It is also not far to the Cliner Quelle with swimming pool and wellness area or to the center of Carolinensiel with its numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. The house offers you its own parking space and a storage space for your bicycles.

No. 32 - Ferienhaus Am Yachthafen:
On the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortably furnished living room with dining area and access to the terrace and garden. A separate kitchen with new built-in appliances and a small dining area, a guest toilet and a utility room. A stone staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a modern shower room with toilet and bidet. The semi-detached house with over 90m² offers enough space for 4 people and a baby / toddler. WLAN is available for free. Sufficient availability is reserved when booking optional additional services.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Älteres, aber schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, funktionell eingerichtet und größtenteils neu und gut möbliert. Die Ausstattung in Bad und Gäste-WC zeigt das Alter des Hauses, ist aber technisch einwandfrei; ein Badabfalleimer wäre schön gewesen. Die Küche ist neu und verfügt entgegen der Beschreibung auch über eine Mikrowelle (im Backofen integriert). Im Wohnzimmer sind die Polstermöbel bunt zusammengewürfelt und erwecken den Eindruck, als hätte man alles, was man im eigenen Haus ausrangiert hat, dort hineingestellt. Insbesondere zwei betagte Fernsehsessel sind völlig aus der Zeit gefallen und sollten wirklich entfernt werden. Der Esstisch und die sonstigen Möbel sind wiederum sehr schön und eher neu. Das Haus und somit der Kfz-Stellplatz davor liegt am Ende eines schmalen Fuß- bzw. Fahrweges. Auch für sichere Autofahrer ist es aufgrund der Enge eine Herausforderung, dort ein- bzw. auszuparken. Zumindest wenn man mit einem Familienauto reist. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder besteht in der Mitnutzung einer Garage, die allerdings etwas entfernt ist (100 m auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite). Wir haben unsere Räder auf die Terrasse gestellt und abgesperrt, der Garten ist groß genug. Alles in allem ist das Ferienhaus aber sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Die Ausstattung ist für den Sommerurlaub perfekt, die Nachtspeicheröfen sind nicht mehr ganz Up to Date, aber funktionieren. Ansonsten hat man ein wirklich großes Wohnzimmer, eine gute Küche, WLAN Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen Parkplatz vorm Haus.

Geräumiges Haus in perfekter Lage

Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und perfekt gelegenes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Strand und Ort in Fußweite. Sehr praktisch: Waschmaschine und Trockner! Einziger Minuspunkt ist die sehr altbackene Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer, die einem schönen Urlaub aber natürlich nicht im Wege steht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat einen schönen Sitzplatz mit Wiese für die Kinder zum spielen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Geschirrspüler. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
