Magnificent Gulf & Sunset Views in Belleair Beach

Imagine yourself sitting on the deck overlooking a spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunset on your own private beach in beautiful Belleair Beach. A unique, second story "penthouse", the entire top of the building with a wrap around deck ¾ of the way around. That gives you a great view of the sunrise with privacy to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning or grill your meal and enjoy dining al fresco on the expansive eastern 12x24 deck. A southern 10x15 deck provides a view overlooking the pool, and a direct Gulf of Mexico/sunset view from the family room or Gulf side western 7x24 deck. It is literally 35 steps to the beach. The deck is gated.

There are three bedrooms that sleep 6 and a sofabed in one of the two family rooms sleeps 2 more. There are two newly remodeled baths, a large fully furnished kitchen, dining area with a table for 8 and two family rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a new 14 inch queen size Casper mattress. In the second family room there is a queen sleeper sofa. The bathrooms have subway tile, marble counter tops and rainforest shower heads. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. Wifi Internet provided. There is a new smart flat screen TV in each family room. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Everything in the unit is contemporary, the beds are super comfortable and it is sparkling clean, bright and airy.

There is a heated pool serving only 7 units in the complex.

The beach and the sunsets were outstanding. We had a building in front of us but we still had a great view of the beach and sunsets and only a few steps from the sand. The beach was like sugar and very wide! We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the cozy kitchen and was able to find everything we needed from measuring cups to lemon squeezers! They had more than we had at home!It was dog friendly which was great but looked like no dog had ever been inside. You name it they had it…beach chairs, folding chairs, books, games, beach umbrellas, skim boards, lots of tvs, tents …. I could go on and on! We will be a repeat customer, foe sure!

The Beach The Beach The Beach

The proximity to the beach is the best part about this property. Easy to come and go from the condo to the beach as needed. Close to amenities on a quieter stretch of the ocean front. The condo was well appointed and accomodated our party of 7 comfortably. Having the 2 seperate living spaces was an added bonus with teens and grandma's in the same space. Ellen as helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She even made recommendations for things to do in the area.

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 children (ages 23-9). The condo was perfect! Pool and ocean are both right out your door. Condo was VERY spacious and comfortable! There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would definitely book with Ellen again! Communication with her was great! Thank you!
