We had a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great but the highlight was the view. We saw dolphins several times while sitting in the dock. I’d love to visit again during warmer weather so that we could enjoy the pool and the tiki bar.
Had a great time at the house. Weather was cold, but had time to enjoy the hot tube. Dinning in the area is amazing with some awesome seafood and some great breakfast locations for eating at. Highly recommend this place as it is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find.
We had a wonderful time, the house and property were amazing, just as in the pictures. We could not have asked for a better place for our family get together, there was something for everyone.
Our group loved the dock and being able to fish or just chat and watch for dolphins and manatees. We were on a short trip and didn’t get a chance to kayak or take boat out. Both would be on the list for next time. Inside was well suited for large groups.
If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the cocoa beach area this place is for you. Located on the water, the kids went fishing and kayaking!
Has a big pool and jacuzzi and minutes from the beach. Everyone had a great time, we will definitely return!
Manatee Key had everything our family needed, my two grandsons age 4 and 7 were in the pool from morning till evening. We seen manatees and dolphins almost every day. More than enough room for everyone!
Down in Cocoa Beach for a baseball tournament rented this house instead of a hotel room. Great house for adults kids and anyone that wants to have a good time. It’s well stocked with anything you need. The location is great. The owner is extremely responsive. Kids enjoyed the Lagoon and watching the manatees and dolphins from the dock. Would highly recommend and would again if in the area.
We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.
Booked this home to continue vacay after cruise on Royal Caribbean's new ship, Utopia Of The Seas.
The home was as described and very clean. We sat on the rear yard dock and watched dolphins everyday, we even saw a couple of manatees. Also saw a rocket launch.
The manager was amazing! I would highly recommend. We are already planning to return after our next cruise.
House was better than the photos. The room with the bunks is perfect for young adults. All beds were comfortable and the house had all of the beach necessaries. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Owner communication was a 10+. Fishing, kayaks, pool, hot tub, grill were all used. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, 2 refrigerators. We have zero complaints.
This was our first VRBO experience and it was wonderful. We had such a great time by the pool, sitting on the dock watching dolphins swim by and our short walk/ride to the beach. When reaching out to the manager, he was quick to respond which we greatly appreciated. Overall it was a a great experience and we would highly recommend.
Our family of 7 stayed here between Christmas and New Year's. The house listing and pictures are accurate. Plenty of room and the location is super convenient to all the attractions. One of the most enjoyable aspects was watching the dolphins and manatees off the dock. The pelicans provided constant entertainment. There are 2 suggestions I would make that would greatly improve the quality. Adding a gas heater for the pool that guests could pay for in winter months (we were not able to use the pool as it was just too cold). Adding C02 traps on the dock and tiki bar area to mitigate the biting insects (black midge flies) during their active times. While we had a nice time, it was a bit buggy and not being able to use the pool was a little disappointing.Understandably, it's coastal Florida so maybe we should have known better as well. Overall, we had a nice time and the house is lovely. There's plenty of beds and room and it's comfortable and clean.
My family and some extended family had a great week at Manatee Key. The house is in a great location on a quiet neighborhood street but close to all the action - there's an ice cream place in walking distance! Right on the Banana River we spent lots of time on the dock watching dolphins and pelicans and osprey and got lucky enough to see a mantee. The house is very comfortable, clean, new and well appointed with all the kitchen stuff you need, kayaks, beach supplies etc. The kids loved the pool. We rented the pontoon boat for a day to explore the river and it was well worth it!

Place was nice but had some issues
First when getting there somebody was there who wasnt part of our party that i immediately contacted the host about. I was never replied to about it until i figured out who it was later. I was not informed that somebody who was the property manager would be there. There were eletrical issues that affected the master bedroom that were being taken care of. One other major issue i had was out in the pool somebody who came by for an inspection of the pool just appeared without ANY contact from the host that he would be there. For those who wanted privacy you dont really get it with things like that. Very upset that somebody just showed up not fully announced or addressing himself til after i asked. When i showed up the front door D-pad was also dead and took host more than an hr to respond to the issue. Granted i asked the property manager while waiting for his response and was able to figure it out but still. For the price i didnt feel very informed. But place looked very nice and functioned well so i give a 4 star rating.
