As others have said, staying at this property is very pleasurable. The location is great, the thoughtful host has made it easy to live in, and the location is convenient to Durango while giving you some space from the downtown area.

This is our third stay at this property, and it was lovely as usual! We really appreciate how clean it is, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The new side patio is a lovely place to sit in the morning with your coffee or at night with a drink. One small suggestion would be to provide suitcase racks for guests to store their luggage. Overall, we would definitely recommend this VRBO!

I left messages that were not responded or acknowledged. Location, house, services, appliances, all great. Oven was dirty, started smoking and we could not cook in it. Limited places to sit around the house. Lights flicker in bathroom.
